Jack, Colton and Charlee made my experience so much easier and I appreciate them. They even gave my autistic son sticky notes to keep his mind occupied. They definitely deserve a 10/10!!!

After calling around and finding out over 10 + places did not have my tires in stock, I called Mavis and they were the only place that had what I needed. I’m so glad they did. They got me in and out in under 45 minutes, were incredibly attentive and helpful, and most importantly—honest. Instead of pushing me to buy a brand new tire, they patched it and saved me a lot of money. Thank you James!!! As a female, it can sometimes feel intimidating walking into a mechanic shop, but they were nothing but kind, respectful, and professional. Truly a great experience—highly recommend!
