  Johnny helped me out with a tire a purchased a little over a year ago from here. Faulty tire at the fault of the tire company itself, not Mavis. He helped me go through the process of getting back on the road with a brand new tire and was very good about keeping in touch with me during the process.

  I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I want to give a special shout-out to Zack for his outstanding customer service! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Zack is definitely an asset to the team! If you stop by this location, I highly recommend asking for him.   Michael was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I came in with a confusing issue with my tire pressure, he checked and did everything he could to help me and gave me next steps if I kept having those problems. The store was clean and prices transparent, would definitely come back

  I came today because I pulled the under engine skirt ties off in one area and knew I would have to replace my tires. All this after losing my job one week ago. Angelina was so kind, made me laugh, and helped find an affordable option to keep me on the road while I find a new job. I also wanted to see exactly what was happening, so Angelina escorted me into the service bay, where Technician Zachary and Manager Michael showed me each tire and reassured me there was no serious or even minor damage caused by the missing ties. They were so professional and kind and made this visit as pleasant as any visit to a tire store and mechanic can be. Kudos!!!

  Came in Tuesday after the storm and had a nail in my tire. The lady Angelina was super sweet and made sure to keep me updated through my service and I really appreciated it. I tried going to discount tires across the street at first but lines were way to long and service was rude. I highly recommend coming here for tire needs and friendly faces and service.
