  **Review of AutoZone Experience in Bedford Texas** I recently visited an AutoZone location and had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering the store, I walked past several employees(4), they were deeply engaged in personal conversations and not a single one acknowledged me or offered assistance. After finding a product I wanted, I took it to the register, only to discover that the price rung up differently than what was clearly posted on the shelf. The first guy just walked away When I pointed this out to the customer service agent. Then another person posting a s a manager came over to the register. He mentioned that someone must have placed the item in the wrong area. A person who identified himself as a manager came over to check the price and confirmed the mistake. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay more than the listed price, as I did not place the item on the shelf myself. The manager offered me a 10% discount, but I felt this was inadequate. If the price is incorrectly displayed, the store should honor it, regardless of who made the mistake. Ultimately, they refused to adjust the price to match what was on the shelf, and as I was leaving, I was told not to come back because they didn't have to serve me at that price. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I believe businesses should take responsibility for their pricing and prioritize customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my visit to AutoZone did not reflect this principle. I hope they can improve their customer service and pricing policies in the future. Then when I left the store they rearranged the whole shelf.

  Very bad service. I had it checked at another shop. They said the part I needed was at this shop. When I arrived at the address, the lady who served me was very aggressive and said that they didn't have the part I was looking for.

  I went to get my battery tested and they told me it was fine and just stared off into space. I went to another Auto zone a mile away and they told me the battery was no good and replaced it.
