  First time visiting after calling repeatedly and getting no call back. Attendant informed me that the telephone number "doesn't work." I will be switching from my previous car wash on College Street to this one because it cleans better and is more accessible.

  I've had a monthly membership here for the past 3 years. Over the last few months something has changed. The readers are frequently out, the line is always backed up. Its no longer quick and convenient. What should be a 5 minute carwash experience is now 15-20 minutes and sometimes you end up having to back out because they close because they cant get the readers to work.

  Fernando did a really good job assisting me at the kiosk when it was time to pay. His customer service is outstanding and he is extremely patient polite and helpful !! TAKE 5!!!!!!!

  I'm fixing to cancel my membership every other day They put the cones down because the call wash machine is broken.Then they got the attendant workers, working on it as if they are maintenance.Stop being cheap and fix the crap correctly! They are just like, take 5 car, wash in orange.They keep breaking down!! Which affects the customer who has a committed membership with them?I don't wanna pull into the car, wash thinking.I'm fixing to get my truck washed up and the whole time.The machine is broke again and down!! I've seen so many cars pull in and had to turn around.Because can't get our car wash.The machine is not working once again!! Definitely have to find me a new membership car wash somewhere. This is ridiculous. We pay money for a membership. We should be able to come freely with no errors to get our vehicle washed and cleaned up. Fix your machine, hire a professional and stop making the car, wash team members work on your machine as if they know what they doing.They're only attendance Not maintenance or a professional.
