I had a stray rock from a dump truck chip the windshield of my 2025 Tacoma today while traveling eastbound Interstate-10. I immediately made an appointment for a technician to come to my home and repair it. I was informed of the confirmed appointment time, provided a picture of Jesse and he arrived on time as promised. He was very professional, courteous and explained each step as he conducted the repair. Thank you Jesse and SafeLite! 👍👍

My windshield cracked a couple years ago and I had it patched up, but recently it got way worse, so we made an appointment for safelite to come to our house today. The technician was quick, knowledgeable and very professional! Matthew fixed it just over an hour. Thank you! 10 out of 10 Matthew!!!

There is too much information to type out into a review, but my best recommendation is to absolutely not do business with this company. It's been a horrible experience all the way around... from the poor quality repair to the horrible customer service and complete lack of care & disrespect from the Beaumont store manager. Please do your research. Do not let this company burn you the way they did me. There are better options out there! Don't neglect quality service and customer care for convenience.

I scheduled my appointment, no one showed or called me to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule by phone, the office never answered, and the customer services number kept hanging up on my face. When I finally had to take off work and go up to the office I was simply dismissed and told to reschedule. When the technician finally showed up, he did fix my window, but as he was sitting in my car he broke my rearview mirror adjustment adjustment button and did not mention it to me.

Paid top dollar to get new windshield wipers and a rain repellent treatment in addition to the new windshield and instead of getting new wipers or the rain repellent treatment all we got is a broken wiper arm that will not seat properly anymore and sticks up even when the wipers are off. Other than that the windshield's fine it seems like it's sealed Etc but I paid extra for those other services and did not receive them so that's akin to theft.
