  I resent my statement and if I could give a 0 star rating I would. This is the worst service and customer service I have ever seen or even heard of. I won't speak for all mechanics but for me to pay a almost $200 ticket for a top of the line oil change on a Tuesday and then my low oil pressure light comes on while taking a trip on a Sunday with my family and having car issues in the middle of the freeway is unacceptable. There were no leaks and the sensor on my vehicle is just fine. You would know after a couple of days as well but the oil change was not done right. The worse part is when I bring it back to them Monday morning I'm gas lighted into trying to make me believe than there is nothing with my car and that I was the problem, when there was no issue until this location worked on my vehicle. This light just came on after an oil change is done the right way I highly doubt it. My vehicle was in the bay for 15 minutes stating it was overfilled with oil and it was drained and refilled. Then car keys were then shoved back to me is if was just suppose pack up and go and that was one thing I was not having. Fixing a issue but not owning the mistake that was made in the first place, while putting peoples lives in danger and not taking full care of the customer to save your skin is not how you do business. As for the dm Mr. Jason the way I was lied to about pictures being sent and taken is a sure tell tale that things were not done right. I spoke calm and then got heated after being told that there was no issues when clearly there was and with my family in the car in that situation who wouldn't be upset after trying to shoved the door like it's all good and nothing happened. The job wasn't done right and I would rather the truth over dismissal any day. I work in customer service and I would be in big trouble had I served a customer and then treated them the way I was treated. I will never go back to this location or use this franchise ever again and I suggest to anyone else not to as well. They will be hearing more from me moving forward know that for business like this should not be conducted on any level ever.
