  If I could give this place no stars I would. The unprofessionalism is unmatched. The manager is extremely rude. Please spend your money else where. I was there for a simple routine oil change when the manager was called cause something was wrong, he then approached me in my vehicle and asked me where I had gone previously because they tightened something to tight. Some more words were said and as a women since I know a lot of men that tell me to ask questions because sometimes they take advantage of women not knowing much, well I asked him how I knew that it was a previous mistake and not something that they accidentally did. He got extremely defensive instead of simple answering and giving me a piece of mind. I never said I wouldn’t pay for the issue, never had an attitude. Just wanted my question answered, he starts getting rude and moving back and forth to speak with me, so I call a guy friend of mine and as I’m having a conversation with him on the phone to make sure I’m not tripping he butts into my conversations, tries to refuse to complete the oil change and even threatens to call the cops on me when he was the offended, rude one to begin with. Anyways the other workers were calm and helpful, they remained professional and got me outta there I paid for the service I was provided and will never return. I encourage anyone spending money at any company to go where your respected, acknowledged ,and treated with decency.

  Great customer service ! All employees where very nice also very thorough took time getting everything done on my ride but still got me in and out very fast! Was so happy with there service they will be getting my service every time now and I recommend them to everyone!

  This was my first visit and I must say Lee and his team were FANTASTIC!!! I felt very informed throughout the entire visit. They were informative but DIDN'T pressure me into anything. Customer service was top tier! I'll definitely be back.

  This was my first experience with Grease Monkey. The mechanics Lee and Isaiah were very professional, courteous and friendly with handling my car needs. Every detail of what was needed for my Acura was explained in laymen terms that I could understand. The job was completed in a timely manner and I have switched from the other (Walmart) shop and will make Grease Monkey my new home for my car services. Thanks Lee and Isaiah.
