  With all honestly, I dropped off my mom’s vehicle and paid $125 for the “Super Clean” package, which as advertised includes a full interior vacuum. When my mom picked up the vehicle, the carpets had dirt and sand all over them. We even checked under the floor mats and it was obvious the vacuuming was not done. What also upset us was that when she asked about it, she was told it would’ve been an extra $40 and that I was supposedly told that when I dropped the car off. I was never told anything about an additional charge. We’re pretty disappointed with the service, especially for the price that was paid. I’d just recommend being more clear with customers upfront and making sure the service matches what’s being advertised.

  Whoever makes the appointments don't listen. Chose a date and time and they double checked and got it wrong so I corrected them. Got to my appointment on time and they said it was a different time.

  Honestly my car has never been this clean. Customer service is 10/10 and even the pricing is 10/10. The one thing that surprised me most, is the waiting area. I’ve never been to a detail place that had a comfortable waiting area. This place had several comfortable chairs, a tv, drinks, and even a spot for kids. I have already recommended several people after today and will continue to do so. Can’t wait to come back!

  My poor vehicle has been neglected since moving here from out of state. A friend recommended Extreme Detail & I couldn’t be more pleased. I called & they had me drop it off before work the very next morning. They were done within a few hours and I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. It was gorgeous inside and out. The staff there is friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back!
