  I would like to recognize the outstanding customer service I received. Mikal was very professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the rental process. He answered all of my questions, made everything quick and easy, and ensured I had a great experience. His positive attitude and excellent service was truly appreciated.   I have had Enterprise tell me that they cannot fill my reservation the day before I was leaving for a trip on two separate occasions. I also had one of their Jeep Renegades break down 500 miles from home in the middle of a vacation and had to find another location to swap out the vehicle. Highly unprofessional.

  Miguel gets 5 stars for customer services!!! He was personable with me when I explained how there was confusion with my rental. His understanding and compassion for my situation made a rather unpleasent situation, manable. This establishment is lucky to have him there.
