  Had a reservation booked. Got to the store to pickup was told my vehicle was switched out. I ask for an explanation I got someone came ahead of me. There was no resolution just missed my appointment. No store credit, for a complete disregard to assist with situation. Store was 06C2

  We had a suv reserved only to find out they had switched it out for a mini van at top premium price of 4x4 suv. Very disappointed in Enterprise.

He answered all of my questions, made everything quick and easy, and ensured I had a great experience. His positive attitude and excellent service was truly appreciated.
