  Malik, Jasmine & David were simply great. David picked me up at Fasculo’s and brought me to Enterprise. Malik explained to me how to use certain things in the car and brought me to Fasculo’s when my car was ready and Jasmine did the walk through and checked the car back in. Enterprise is blessed to have these employees.

  This location is not out of town friendly! Many people are in town for business, however, they don’t like to answer questions at this location…I’ve rented via rental car services all over the world and I must say that this is worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. There were three young ladies sitting there when I walked in yesterday and at first they were professional. I was told by another location to stop by as they had no cars. When I arrived, I found that my reservation had been cancelled. I was instructed to rebook it online, so as I did it, the girl sitting in the middle assisted me with rebooking it all while answering the phone. She asked to see my phone while her attention was solely on the customer on the phone. I noticed that when she was done, she did not include the discount that I originally booked it under, so I had to start all over. I believe she had good intentions, however, customer service could be better because she stayed answering the phone the whole time instead of coming back to me as I stood in front of her. Another young lady with Botox lips assisted me once she got off the phone who started off good, but when I asked her about the military discount, she got extremely loud saying that I would have had to apply if online. That must be a new policy as the location of rental normally applies it in person. She then goes on to pile on requirement after requirement. The first was that there would be a $300 deposit which I agreed to. Due to my military background, I have an out of state address on my TX ID which prompted another requirement which was to provide a major credit card as it would be considered out of state. I explained to her that the rental would not leave the state. I explained to her that we are new to the area as the oil field industry brought us here. I asked if I brought the person up whom I was renting it for, let him show his Tx ID with an instate address would that be suffice and she said yes, but his address would have to be within a 50 mile radius of Beaumont 🤯 and he would have to use his own credit card which was not a problem . With each question she got louder and louder as if she wanted to let the whole office know she was annoyed. I asked her to lower her voice please when I first noticed it, but she never did. I didn’t want to continue to go back and forth with whatever microagression she may have towards black women. Yes I have a few major credit cards, however, I’m trying to avoid additional unnecessary debt! I rented elsewhere!

  Jasmine took good care of me with insurance and rental needs for the month I was in my rental truck waiting on the body shop. I'm happy I worked with Enterprise!

  Always helping from Texas to Arkansas no matter your situation go with enterprise don't settle for Uber or Lyft trust your local Enterprise dealership they are just like family

  I reserved online with Costco Travel. They gave an invoice. I signed to not get their insurance cover due to the high cost. When picking the car up from Enterprise extreme high pressure was given to me from one of the women. It was almost threatening. I added the insurance without wanting to and it increased my bill by $250. The insurance is outrageous. Now I will not be able to afford to rent a car. It was very misleading from Costco Travels website. It seems like they are on commission. Not sure.
