The assistant manager was very rude and uncaring the Store Number was 06C2. I was stuck with no vehicle after driving an hour for pickup. Furthermore I had to cancel all the activities.

I arrived 45 minutes early, but instead of being helped sooner, I was forced to wait more than an hour past my reservation time because the car wasn’t ready. They kept repeating the same excuses about the vehicle being washed and cleaned. That’s not the customer’s problem. If you accept reservations, your vehicles should be ready on time. My time was completely wasted, and no one seemed to care. Poor planning, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
