  My car was hit and I had to drop it off at Newman‘s Collision repair for an indefinite period. Kelli placed me in a car, far nicer than the one I actually drive, and told me exactly what to expect along the way. Every time the insurance company extended my rental, she picked up the phone and called me and made sure everything was OK. I was in a rental at no cost to myself for about five weeks. My time in the office was minimal. Mr. Mike even gave me a ride back to Newman‘s Collision repair when the work was complete. Easiest car rental I’ve ever been through!

  If I could give negative stars I would. Their gate closed on our car and scraped the side of the doors. Have tried multiple times to contact a manager at the location. They are ALWAYS in a meeting or not in office. Even contacting the regional by phone and email is a JOKE. Trash.

  "I was picked up from my home the morning of the rental. When the available vehicle needed some TLC and ultimately wasnt the right fit, Mr. DeMarco at Orange realized our predicament and that we needed to leave on time. He was able to arrange a vehicle swap that met our needs, really appreciate his help. Also, special thanks to the team at Beaumont College Street Beaumont Enterprise for taking care of us."
