    Make sure they explain everything to you before you sign any documents. If I had to choose between enterprise rental or car salesmen in terms of customer service and honesty I choose the car salesman hands down . Worst experience ever . Will never go back to them period.

    This use to be my favorite rental car place . My rental was stolen it’s been 5 days and they haven’t done nothing . Gave them police report etc. They are holding my deposit and it’s to close to the holidays or put me in another vehicle no way I should have to wait this long to get no where . I call every day and they ask what are you talking about like they don’t know what’s going on. I spend $1500 or more every month for the last 8 months and they treat you like it’s nothing to them . Sad
