  I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime, but I have never experienced the great customer service from everyone, as I did at Classic Acura. My sales person was the best of the best…Holly Guilbeau! Thanks to everyone for making my purchase so easy and fun!

  We’d been on the market for a new-to-us ride and I’m so glad the great reviews led us to Holly Guilbeau! She lived up to the hype and was genuine warmth from the first hello. Her non-pushy approach was a huge plus! She helped make the whole process stress-free and the hours we spent at the dealership feel almost like a breeze. We walked in looking for a vehicle and walked out with it and a new friend. Next time you’re car shopping ask for Holly! Tell her the nice Karen sent you! ;)

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Classic Acura! What could have been a very stressful situation turned into one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. My Acura was already at their service center and needed a new transmission, so I decided it was time to trade it in. Savannah Manuel started the entire process with me over the phone and made everything incredibly easy from beginning to end. She was helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of before I even arrived. She truly went above and beyond. She even picked me up from the rental car location the next day and brought me to the dealership to pick up my new Acura ADX! Joshua Simmons made the financing process just as smooth. He took the time to walk me through every document, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely informed and comfortable with what I was signing. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Savannah and Joshua turned what started as a stressful car situation into such a positive experience. I absolutely love my new ADX, and I can’t say enough about the level of customer service I received. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend Classic Acura, and definitely ask for Savannah and Joshua!   Josh Simmons and Montana were amazing to work with this week when we went in to “just look” at Acura SUVs. I bought my last one from Josh and just had to go back. Montana was super friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. He and Josh had the right combination that made us comfortable purchasing an upgraded vehicle and leave feeling honored to have spent the time with them! I love my new Acura and highly recommend these guys at Classic Acura in Beaumont!
