- DBDerwin BrackenOct 9, 20265.0Today i had the pleasure of receiving A1 customer service from Natasha and Dustin at Advance Auto Parts located at 4110 East Lucas Drive Beaumont, Tx. I had order a radiator hose from a different store that was close to where i worked and pick it up, unfortunately it was the wrong one. So i went to the closest store from my home. These two went above and beyond to help me i did not have a paper receipt but they brought to my reembrace of receiving a email receipt, and they worked on finding a way to look up the order by order number. Their patients, knowledge and professional courtesy is the pinnacle example of customer service. I recommend this store to anyone who looks to be treated fairly with the same consistency of patients, knowledge and of professional courtesy as Dustin and Natasha so demonstrate at this store not only with me but with other customers that i observed when they enter the store for help. I say to their District Supervising Manger. Natasha and Dustin should be commemorated for their service to customers.
