  An employee by the name of Macedonio gave me such great customer service. I was impressed how calm and collected he was given that the place was full of people.

  Clean bathrooms Staff is fun. Always seem to be singing to the awesome piped in music. Headed west finally out of Houston traffic. Headed east great stop before you hit Houston traffic.

  Don't walk around shopping in this store cuz they like to make u feel uncomfortable. Yet no one will ask if u need help. They like to whisper to each other n stare at u as if ur a thief. If u ask them for help then they make u feel like ur a burden to them. But yet if ur a regular then they smile n talk to u all friendly. I don't understand ur in customer service. The restrooms either have not paper towels or the machine doesn't work. The squeegee in the fuel island are horrible. They are worn out or broken. So whomever was working on 9-11-26 at 6am they need to work on their customer service skills.

  I have stopped at this location at least twice a month for over the past 5 years. I have also visited other locations throughout Texas in the United States. At this particular location, my company 'Rise Above It Group " have recognized some of your exceptional employees for their work and positive attitudes. I usually go to your food counter and order the same item. I usually get a large order of chicken wings. Usually you do not have enough out on your counter or they look old. I usually ask for them to cook me an order of fresh ones and I'm willing to wait each and every time for the order. Not once in the last year and a 1/2 have, I received the correct amount of chicken wings that I paid for in my orders. Nor have they all been fresh as I requested. This usually happens with one cook in particular at your store. She Is a African American woman, she usually says it takes about 20-30 minutes to cook the chicken wings. But I know that it only takes about 8 to 10 minutes. But now I believe it is more than one that is doing this. And I am aware of you having to move your cooked product out first. But providing that I was willing to wait for fresh food. I think it's only fair that I receive the fresh food that I ordered. This last visit, I made sure that I asked if the food was freshly cooked before purchasing it. I checked my food plates and only received a portion of the Wings that I had paid for (10 piecies to be exact) and only 3 pieces were hot and fresh. Don't know if your employees are using my food and money to have snacks or what. Would have taken the food back to the counter. But I don't want my food spit in or something. I'm aware, I am not one of the businesses or customers that brings in the highest revenue for your company. But, I am still one of your customers. This is unacceptable. I gave you an extra star because you have clean restrooms at this facility. I am enclosing a few photos of individuals in stores that have treated us great.
