  Safe Auto Repair was amazing! Elsy was extremely friendly and the team as whole was super professional. From the free shuttle service back home after I dropped the car off, to the communication about parts and how long the repair would take, they stuck true to there word. If I have any issues with my car in the future, I'll definitely be coming back here.

  Thanks to both Elsy and Lauren super helpful service glad it’s a very hands on facility willing to show you what’s actually going on with your vehicle and explain what could happen ! They even offer loaner vehicles if your repair takes too long !!

  I went in for engine and transmission mounts to be replaced on my 2013 Honda civic and they pitched their “OEM spec” replacement mounts as just as good as Honda OEM but they are not and they misrepresent them. they first installed the wrong mounts that made the car vibrate violently. I Had to take the car back to install and correct mounts and the car still vibrates violently when you accelerate from a stop. Now I’m stuck having to pay even more money to fix an issue with their cheap low quality parts. they are charging me more labor on top of the parts difference to have the actual Honda OEM parts installed. This job went from $1,400 to $2,300. because they misrepresent their low quality “OEM spec” replacements parts and pitch them as just as good as Honda OEM. be weary of their “OEM spec” replacement parts. You’re better off going to the local Honda dealership to have work done. They charge the same if not more than the local Honda dealership. Not recommended. Save your money, time and avoid a headache and go to Honda. Edit: they are refusing to fix the issues they caused on my vehicle because I left a honest google review of my experience using their services. So I’m now stuck with these cheap after market parts. They rather leave you out to dry than to rectify the situation. Avoid this shop like the plague. And as per the owner he fired the employee that made the innocent mistake of ordering the wrong part. Rather than teaching and using this as a learning experience they rather get rid of the employee. I expected more from this shop with all the good reviews but don’t let that fool you. They enter you in a raffle if you leave a 5 star review. And to justify themselves they tried to misinform me about why my vehicle still vibrates. The owner told me, “because of my vehicle age it’ll still vibrate with the new mounts, that’s as good as it’s going to get.” I’ve driven 28 year old Hondas and they never vibrate from a stop like mine does now with their “OEM spec” mounts.
