  I had to visit NTB a couple of weeks ago because I had two tires that I had to keep putting air in on a weekly basis for over two months. The service at this particular NTB has been subpar to say the least. I was dreading having to return, since purchasing four tires along with the warranty. They ended up fixing the reason on one of the tires and claimed there was nothing wrong with the other. I’m still adding air to that one! When I arrived home I noticed that they damaged my custom rim along with taking a chunk out of the tire where the damage was done. I immediately called and returned to the store where it seemed as though the manager was going to do the right thing. Two weeks later with a phone call that has not been returned. NTB is holding up to their reputation. Save yourself the aggravation and please go elsewhere. Anywhere else but here. Clearly they do not care about their customers, and their employees need to be trained to care for people’s possessions. I have no intention of letting this go, but people need to be aware of how NTB does business.

  I had a great experience at NTB. I needed a new tire, and the customer service was outstanding. The person who helped me, China, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and easy. She was patient with all my questions and ensured I found exactly what I needed. Highly recommend NTB for their excellent service!

  Very dissatisfied with the service, first and last time I go to NTB. I purchased tires online from Goodyear and NTB was the only local shop that was on their website to install them so I booked an appointment with them. I got to my appointment on time and there was no one in the front desk and it took a long time for them to get to my car, overall about two hours. When I got got my car back I looked at the new tires on the driver side and noticed the rims were scratched. After inspecting the other side I noticed all four had been scratched around the edges. I reported it right away but all they did was take pictures and said it would be reported to management. Once I got inside I noticed the employees carelessly threw everything out of the glove compartment and didn't put it back, I pressume to find wheel lock which they never even asked me for. Also the stearing wheel was greasy and tire pressure light was on. I went to Discount Tire the next day and they filled up the tires to the right pressure, all four were off. I will definetly go back to Discount Tire in the future.
