Absolutely garbage customer service. Had a reservation for a truck rental (Box truck) online. I show up and am told they do not have moving trucks at this location and the entire Houston area. If that’s the case, why do you have a truck rental office? Employee behind the counter said they called me everyday, complete lie. I checked all voicemails and texts and nothing at all. Complete waste of time and cost me some money in the process. Will never use enterprise ever again and will be sure to steer anyone else in a different direction.

Best experience ever had lost my trust in enterprise due to a prior experience....but thanks to Adrian from rent a truck by finding me the correct truck I need and making it so fast and easy. I was able too set everything up as I needed when it had to be done . Thank you once again Adrian finally an associate that actually helps the customer and listens.

I’m disappointed with my experience regarding a pair of prescription sunglasses I accidentally left in my car. After realizing they were missing, I contacted the company and asked if the sunglasses had been found during the cleaning of the vehicle. I was told that nothing had been found.
