  Top-notch service in Baytown! Pick-up and return at Enterprise on Garth Rd were an absolute breeze thanks to Elias. He was efficient, friendly, and made the whole process completely effortless. Check-in took just a few minutes, the vehicle was in pristine condition, and dropping it off was just as quick and hassle-free. Outstanding customer service from Elias—I couldn't have asked for a smoother rental experience!

  Had a reservation at the Garth Rd -Baytown location on Friday. Picked up a vehicle. It was the only one that they had in my reservation class (full size sedan). The vehicle had stains on the backseat & smelled very strongly like vomit & filth. I took the vehicle since I had no other option of a vehicle and I had to drive 4 hrs out of town the next day. It was very obvious to the worker, however there were no other options. This location is well known for hardly having any vehicles in fleet. Oftentimes when you have a reservation this is still the case. I rent through my company’s corporate account very often & I’ve had a lot of these unfortunate instances at this particular location. That night I sprayed the entire vehicle inside with an entire can of Lysol. Plus I put a brand new can of car air freshener in the car. Saturday morning, the smell was still unbearable inside the car. I then called the Garth rd location & asked if there were any vehicles that I could swap out with due to the horrendous smell that myself & my children would have to endure on our trip. I was told that there were 8 people waiting on vehicles at the moment & no cars to rent out. I then drove to the North Main-Baytown location. I explained the situation & the two guys working solved my problem. They were able to swap me out into another vehicle & get me & my children on our way to Dallas. The service was top tier. They went above & beyond to make sure that my needs were met. Even offered me a bottle a water. Something that those working over at the garth road location would never do. I will now only do business with the North Main-Baytown location after this experience where they actually care about the customer & desire to make a good impression for the Enterprise brand. Those two young men working there really deserve to be noticed for their contributions.

  Great customer service and the cars seem to be well maintained. First time I've ever seen an on-schedule oil change reminder sticker in an Enterprise car!

  Picking up and dropping off was quick and easy. Loved the vehicle, full size SUV. Not to mention great rate for 9 day rental.
