  I love coming to this enterprise on main Street everyone there is welcoming, professional,and make sure you get what you're looking for I will always come here for a rental when needed highly recommend

  This branch is by far the best one in Southeast Houston. They work very hard they are very professional, they always go far and beyond to take care of their regular customers and new customers, always polite and courteous. The current branch manager is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, even after we moved further from Baytown, I still make the drive to go back to Baytown branch (mind you there are 2 beaches a few mins away from me, no I’m def going back to BT). When I book ahead of time and I show up the wait time is very minimal and I get the car that I booked or equal, unlike other branches where even if I book ahead of time, I still have to wait at times for an hour and 90% of the time I will get get something completely different from what I booked. Baytown team are amazing, they deserve so much recognition, they make my corporate and personal rental experience a pleasure. Thank you 🙏 all, Brian, former manager Randall, Bobby, Geo and everyone else.

  I've always had a very positive experience with Enterprise at the Garth Rd location. Many many Thank You's to Elias on July 31st. He went above and beyond to help us in the parking lot. The young lady who answered the phone (don't remember her name, but we are truly thankful for her as well). And in the truck rental area, we truly appreciate Adrian for his assistance on August 3rd. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.
