  My son was in a accident right in front of the business someone pulled out in front of him they moved his truck into there gated area then charged him 200 dollars for it to sit there while I was on my way to get him and it these people are nothing but scam artist and looks like a chop shop

  This place is garbage Brad told me if I come back after 40 days I can get a title for a abandoned vehicle, but found out that the owner chooses what is sold not brad, just be truthful to others why is that so hard. You cant take other people's property cause its abandoned thats called theft.

  I was in an accident in Baytown in my 2026 Tesla on a Sat .My car was not drivable. This company sent a guy to pick up my car . He dragged it onto the trailer (not suppose to drag a Tesla it has a tow mode.)come to find out the guy had only worked there 3 weeks . I live in another state so I ask to get my belongings out of the car when it arrived at the tow yard . I couldn’t do it then for I was stranded waiting on someone to come get me. Tow guy said no problem . I get to the tow yard approximately an hour later the gate is locked I called the number on the gate the guy who answered the phone told me to come back Monday . I was so upset I threatened to call the police . Within 5 mins two guys came out of the building and let me in . They were there the entire time ignoring me at the gate .These guys were so rude ask me “ who told you you could come get your stuff ? When I read the tow guys name off my receipt he said oh he don’t know better he has only been here 3 wks . Really?? When I called them on Monday and told them someone was coming to get my car to bring it to Tesla .. the guy criticized the company coming to get it . They made my situation so much more stressful. I was stranded 5 hours from home .And on top of that when they sent me an invoice it wasn’t even my car and name on the invoice . Just so you know I did not choose them .:the police dept called them . Please avoid this company when you are already in a terrible situation they obviously don’t care about their customers. If I could give a zero star I would .

  I wouldn’t let these people work on my bicycle! They are terrible at communication AND the work they do is ridiculous, I’m not sure how they are in business. Took my car to the dealership after they did THOUSANDS of dollars worth of repairs (over $30,000 after an accident), and was told the shit they messed up/didn’t fix cost over $3k to make it right! They PAINTED my grill black because they are too lazy to order a black grill, had my car back for 2 months, paint chipping off.
