  Absolutely shady experience. My car was still at the crash scene at 11:49 PM, yet their paperwork says it was already at their Baytown lot by 11:55 PM. That timing makes zero sense and conveniently adds another storage day. My car also came back filthy and was left exposed after the crash with no proper covering. I would never trust this place

  I seriously regret ever having my car end up at Baytown Collision Center. If you have ANY other option, use it. This place was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like my car was nothing but a piece of junk taking up space. The whole property looked dirty, dusty, and poorly kept, and when I finally got my car back it was absolutely filthy and covered in dirt and dust. They charged me $460 for only FIVE DAYS. Five days. And after paying that much money, I couldn’t even get basic help from them. My airbag was still hanging out after the crash and they wouldn’t even help me remove it. They basically took my money, handed me back a filthy wrecked car, and left me to figure everything out myself. What bothered me most was the complete lack of care. When somebody’s vehicle gets brought somewhere after a serious accident, they’re already dealing with enough stress. The last thing they need is a business treating them and their vehicle like an inconvenience while stacking up hundreds of dollars in charges. The service was horrible. The attitude was horrible. The condition they returned my car in was horrible. The place itself looked horrible. There is genuinely nothing about my experience that would make me recommend this business. If your insurance, tow truck, police, or anybody else tries to have your vehicle taken to Baytown Collision Center, I would seriously ask whether you can have it taken somewhere else. And if your car is already there, find out exactly what they’re charging you and get it out as soon as you reasonably can. I would never bring another vehicle here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends, family, or anybody reading this review. One star only because zero stars isn’t an option.

  Well, I sent my wife to the body shop to get $2154 worth of work done replaced the front bumper/ gill and replace passenger side fender paint the door and they did a terrible job. I could not be more dissatisfied with the company. “Work” The bumper literally isn’t attached to anything at the bottom allowing air under the car and making the bumper loose at the seams. SMH. Going back today for the second time to see if they will fix it correctly

  My son was in a accident right in front of the business someone pulled out in front of him they moved his truck into there gated area then charged him 200 dollars for it to sit there while I was on my way to get him and it these people are nothing but scam artist and looks like a chop shop
