  Enterprise employee was very helpful throughout the process of renting the van for our trip. She gave me her card in case I needed anything during our trip. Returning the Van after our trip was quick and easy! Will definitely come to Enterprise for our future car rental needs!

  I was disrespected by multiple enterprise facilities, given a car that I didn’t reserve. I had to cancel reservations on a trip I had paid for. The outlets in the vehicle did not work so on the drive I could not work remote and my kids could not charge their devices nor mine. I was told by a worker they’d do everything they could to get me a different vehicle that fit what I needed and nothing happened. When I returned I was yet again told they would make it right and never reached back out.
