  Great experience! Car is driving better than before and they gave me a list of items that I should get repaired to keep it in good condition....Car is 10 years old! Great communication and easy to work with.

  Oh my gosh folks! Yesterday I had been told that my car needed a fuel pump replaced at a shop that I had my car towed to. I was given a quote of $1240.50 and I was in total shock at the thought of that at this moment in my life. The car was starting sometimes and so I drive it home after my son said he could do the job. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to Rush Automotive today and they discovered that the problem had to do with one of my keys (I was using 2) had a chip problem. I also called Cheif Locksmith and they said they will reprogram the faulty key for free. THANK YOU RUSH AUTOMOTIVE for saving my weekend and my pocketbook for the whole rest of the year! 👏🏼🤗🙌🏼🥳

  Rush was like a dream come true they had my old school car running like the newest 2026 model, they were tht good and they made me feel at home assured me that my vehicle was in good hands. I’m definitely goin back thank you rush automotive!! Jus wanted to add tht I went again when they were about to close like 5:20 and they still did everything they could to assure me my car was in good running condition thank you Rush Automotive once again.

  My brother Carl brought his 2000 Ford Econoline van in for an electrical problem. From the write-up associate to the technician the problem was repaired 100% in record time. Because the problem only took a few minutes they choose NOT to charge him. As a former State certified mechanic from Michigan this spoke volumes to me not only for their professionalism but their integrity.   Moved to the area not too long ago, and unfortunately had my first automotive issue. Heard a good thing or two about Rush Automotive, so I gave them a shot. Walked in and was immediately met with a friendly face. I described the issue, and I was on my way out, no immediate costs or payment info provided. Shortly later, they sent details about the issue, including picture proof (and some helpful circles showing exactly where to look). Through text, I was able to confirm what I wanted done. They let me know the work was done, and picking it up was super simple. As someone who is far from a mechanic, the picture proof they provide helps greatly in trusting their consultation and service. I was quite busy at the time they were working on my car, and they ensured me that it was safe with them as I had to delay picking it up a few days. The process felt more informative and solution-focused, rather than pushy, unclear and like I was being sold to. Huge shoutout to Aaron Loveless here at the Bastrop location, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. His representation of Rush Automotive earned a recurring customer in myself. I'd highly recommend Aaron and Rush Automotive here in Bastrop.
