  Wonderful alternative to the dealer's upsell shop. Clean comfortable waiting room, at least 6 bays in the shop, 3 men at check in check out counters. Car was finished and ready on time, with no leaks. I'll be back.

  I dropped off a 30+ year old vehicle with just shy of 500k for an alignment and was fully expecting a call back about whit needed to be replaced or repaired before they could do anything. The only call I got was it was done and ready for pick up. I’ve only put a few hundred miles on it since but it’s been great. I would recommend Rush for any service that you have. They were fast, helpful and very easy to work with.

  Friendly and professional staff, felt very welcome and looked after. Waiting area was very comfortable and the shuttle service was very convenient. Would definitely go here again for my repairs.

  We recently bought a 2006 Nissan X Terra, only 3 weeks of driving it hard shut off while driving. The ac condenser also went out, while having the condenser replaced by another mechanic we had him try to diagnose the dying issue. He found nothing! Rush Automotive was recommended to us as a honest and reliable place. Aaron was our customer service representative and he did not disappoint! Warm, caring and friendly, treats everyone like an old friend. When dropping off the vehicle we told him what happened and he asked a lot of great questions to help the diagnostic team in their process. When he called with the findings he wasn’t pushy about getting the repairs done, instead he gave as much information as possible and allowed us the time to decide what needed to be done. On the initial diagnosis they didn’t find the reason for the engine dying however we decided to fix the oil leak that was present and while fixing that they found a broken intake valve that could have been the problem all along. On picking up the vehicle he saved the broken parts to show us and explain why things happened like they did and we are so grateful that this is one less worry. I have several other vehicles that need maintenance and I will be bringing them all here. This is a great family owned business in our community that deserves our support! Thank you Aaron and everyone who worked on our vehicle.

  just picked up my car today and she is running great!!! true and honest work was done, they were not pushy about what i needed to fix, but they were realistic with me. when i came to them with questions and concerns they heard me out and explained in great detail what everything meant. great people, great conversations, great service!
