  I had a wonderful experience with service advisor Chris today. My tire pressure warning light came on, so I stopped by and asked if he could help me. He was extremely courteous, kind, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Chris asked me to have a seat in the lobby while he checked the tires. He put air in the tire, then drove my car back up to where I was waiting. When I asked him how much I owed him, he simply said, “Oh, nothing.” It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. Customer service like this really stands out. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond! You are a great example of excellent customer service.

  Just called this store to have them help me out in a pinch. I have cords showing in my front drive tire and just needed my front tires rotated to rear and put my good tires put on the front and they basically told me they cant do that because cord is showing. So, I take that as they would rather I kill someone and have a blow out on a front tire show cord then have a blow out on a rear tire showing cord and everyone be safe. Youre odds are better to controll a vehicle with a blow out in the rear then in the front. Good to know that Brakes Plus cares to keep everyone safe on the road.

  I was looking for somewhere closer to me for regular oil changes. Yesterday was my first and last experience with Brakes Plus in Bartonville. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00pm. I brought my own oil filter (I am picky). I arrive at 3:55pm for my 4:00pm appointment. They looked surprised that I had an appointment but verified I did in fact have an appointment. The service advisor told me they can't do my oil change if I provide the filter. The manager said go ahead and do it. So the Service Advisor enters all of my information in the system then tells me it will be an hour. I know an oil change takes a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes. Well, my car and myself sat there for 45 minutes before any work even started! What was the point of having appointment times? At 5:10pm, they finish and I go to pay my bill. Remember, I brought my own oil filter? Yeah, they gave me $5 off my bill for the oil filter they charged me $10 for. I get in my car to leave and have to get napkins out of the glove box to clean oil off my console, steering wheel and emergency brake! The good news is, I got my oil changed and I now know Brakes Plus is not where I need to go for the next one.

  Chris at Brakes Plus was fantastic! We dropped off our son’s car before he leaves for college, and we wanted to make sure everything was safe and road-ready for his first time driving out of town on his own. Chris was helpful, professional, and made us feel confident that our son’s car was in good hands. Highly recommend!

  This is a real review. I scheduled a rear brake replacement on my 2020 GMC Sierra after stressing about my brakes for about a year. I scheduled a busy Saturday, August 1, but had no issue getting an appointment or getting in. The truck has just over 153,000 miles and the rear brake pads haven’t been changed. I knew I was going to be paying for brake pads and then some but after leaving my vehicle with Chris at the Bartonville Brakes Plus location- I received a call that shocked me. He said my brakes were still around 6mm and I wouldn’t need any additional work at the time. I opted for an oil change and tire rotation and received a discount in line with the Brakes Plus website discounts. I couldn’t believe the location was so upfront, honest, and professional. They could have easily charged me and replaced my brake pads and then some but they had integrity. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need brake pads, rotors, oil changes, or pretty much anything they service here. Integrity and honesty means so much to me and they- (especially Chris and Gerry) have it. Thank you Chris and thank you brakes plus. You earned a repeat customer.
