  Against the opinions of many neighbors and my wife, I have continued to visit this Zips location. Today, I stopped by to wash my car. Posted “open” time is 8AM. Other than other people waiting here for them to open, not a person in sight. I called customer “service”, for them to “I will find out”. Stayed on hold for 10 minutes. Nice music. I will now join the ranks of my neighbors and wife and will never again be a customer of Zips. Opening at your leisure is an interesting business model.

  (WOULD NOT ADVISE USE ANYMORE) Big decline in quality maybe under new management? They no longer pre-wash your car as in spray it before you enter the wash. Also, the last two times I went I noticed the water was rather foul smelling. I don’t go as frequently as I used to, so I don’t know if these were one time occurrences but it also seems like they do not wash the scrubbing pads either as there were micro scratches left on my car afterwards. if you’re not particular about your paint or the smell, a car washes a car wash, but if you are particular, I would find someplace else.

  Absolutely terrible since changing. Don’t remotely clean my car yet somehow left pink drops on hood. Go to heb.

  I cancelled my membership after my last visit after being a customer for multiple years. Read the other recent reviews. Don’t waste your money. The quality of this place is not even close to what it used to be. The automatic gates didn’t work today and the car smelled weird after (you know when you get a good wash and it smells nice right after). Better options down the road for same price.
