  The check engine light was flashing on my Scion, so I called to check if I could bring it in. Richard was very kind both over the phone and in person :) Even before they looked at my car, he gave me a maximum amount that it would likely cost to repair, which calmed my nerves. They looked at my car within the hour, and I ended up needing an oil change and new spark plugs etc., which they let me know and gave me the option whether to go through the repairs or not, and I said yes. In just a few hours, my car was ready to pick up in the same day, and it now runs beautifully :) If/when I have more car issues (hopefully not) I'll be sure to come back to Youngblood Automotive!!

  The staff member I interacted with was professional, courteous, helpful, and patient. If you come here as a customer, don't park in the large empty section of the parking lot east of here, park in the small, crowded part of the parking lot right around the business you came here for. The large empty parking lot is privately owned, so a security guard politely let me know I can't park there if I'm a customer of the car shop. On the positive side, I bet having a security guard in the area helps avoid security problems at all the nearby businesses, including this one.

  Best tire service in Austin/Round Rock. They found the issue with my tire and quickly repaired it. Reasonably priced and courteous service. Greg is the greatest! Bringing all my future tire purchases and services to Youngblood.
