Art, our salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with every question we had about the vehicle. He made the entire process straightforward and refreshingly low-pressure, with no pushy sales tactics. Khris in finance was equally professional and made that part of the process smooth and easy. It genuinely felt like they cared about helping us find the right vehicle, getting us the best possible deal, and making sure we were completely comfortable with our purchase.   We loved working with Andrew! He got us the exact car we wanted and worked with us on price to meet our needs. I’ve been to tons of Austin dealers for different cars and Volvo is doing it the right way. They also have great APR’s and incentives right now.

  Last week I bought my pre-owned Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars of Austin and my sales associated Andrew Holzgrove made the entire experience very pleasant. When looking at other brands at other dealerships, I was turned off by pushy or unknowledgeable salespeople. In comparison, Andrew was wonderful. I came in knowing what kind of car I wanted and he was great in helping me to find the exact car for me. He is very communicative, knew all the details of the cars, and I never felt pressured or rushed. The entire experience was great, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone in Austin looking for a Volvo of their own.
