  I would like to make a complaint about the way I was treated at the Volvo dealership on Thursday, May 7, 2026, around 10:00 AM, when I went there to speak with Jacob, the person who sold me the car, because my vehicle was having a problem. When I arrived at the reception area, I was attended by the receptionist Natasha in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Based on the way she treated me, I believe she is not prepared to work in customer service. A receptionist should treat every customer with respect, regardless of their nationality or the language they speak. Not every customer who comes to the dealership speaks English fluently. Some people speak other languages, and in those situations, the correct thing to do would be to try to help, call someone who speaks the customer’s language, such as Spanish, or even use translation tools on the phone to make communication easier. Even knowing that I do not speak English fluently, the way I was treated was completely inappropriate. I understand some English, and I could clearly notice the lack of respect and professionalism in the way she treated me. I am making this complaint because I believe customers deserve to be treated with education, patience, and respect, especially in a business environment that serves people from different cultures and nationalities. After this experience, I will never return to that place to buy another car, and I will also not recommend any of my friends or acquaintances to go there and be treated in the disrespectful way that I was treated.

  Huge thanks to Andrew H. at Austin Volvo - he made our XC60 lease experience outstanding. He listened carefully to our needs, showed us multiple options and helped us confidently choose the right one.   I had a great car buying experience with Andrew! He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered all of my questions, was patient, and never made me feel pressured. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car and understood all of my options. I truly appreciated how easy he made everything. Highly recommend working with Andrew if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

  We had a great experience working with John Knorre to buy our EX30 this week. He was focused the entire time on understanding our wants and needs and showed genuine interest in us and the cars we were looking at. Ultimately it felt like he was working for us to find a deal we’d be happy with, which was refreshing.

  I had a terrible experience with them. I bought a used vehicle which i understand will not come perfect. I spoke to the sales person and asked if it had previous accidents, The carfax didnt show any recorded. I took the vehicle home and noticed there was extensive damage that looks like was hidden with spray paint. They claim they didnt know about it which is hard to believe considering they had the vehicle on the lot for months. They partially fixed it but wouldn’t fix the whole problem. They gave me the run around until there was nothing i could do but to just accept it and move on. Since docs were signed not much i could do. Be careful to inspect the vehicles very thoroughly if buying used from this location.
