I recently had a great experience shopping at Volvo Austin with Andrew. Picked up a new XC60 and couldn't be happier with it. Great car selection on their lot compared to other Volvo dealers in the area. Andrew offered great service and a quick and easy experience after a not so good experience at another local Volvo dealer.

I had a great experience at Volvo in Austin working with Andrew! Walking into the dealership without an appointment and he made me feel right at home and at ease with my new purchase. It's rare to work with someone who is not only extremely educated on the product but also kind - and he was both. I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Austin and also working with Andrew.

We had a remarkable experience with the service department at Volvo of Austin. While traveling in Texas our infotainment screen completely blacked out, leaving us without Air Conditioning in 90’s, GPS and infotainment during an 18 hour drive to Texas in the middle of June.
We brought the car in right away, and from the moment we arrived, every single person went above and beyond to help us. From the initial check in to the service manager and even the head of sales, everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely sympathetic to our situation. They worked hard to troubleshoot and address every issue they could.
While some things, like parts being on backorder, were beyond their control, the level of care, communication, and effort we received made a stressful situation so much easier.
A special thank you to Jim, Shannon, Kevin (both of you), Leigh, Brooke, and anyone else we may have missed. Your professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful.

Andrew Holzgrove didn’t try to sell me a car—he helped me solve a problem
I purchased two Certified Pre-Owned Volvos from Volvo Cars of Austin, and I can honestly say that working with Andrew Holzgrove was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.
I originally came in looking for a second vehicle for my family. I also knew that I would eventually need to upgrade my older XC40, but I assumed that would be a separate decision six months or more down the road. My expectation was to solve one need now and deal with the other later.
As I explained the full situation to Andrew, he took the time to understand both needs, my priorities, and the financial boundaries within which I wanted to make the decision. He did not immediately begin trying to sell me a particular car. He listened first and then started exploring whether there was a responsible way to solve both problems together.
Andrew worked through different combinations of vehicles, trade-in value, pricing, model years, mileage, financing, and long-term value. With his help, something I had expected to handle in two separate stages became possible in one transaction, without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable with the decision.
He did not simply try to maximize the sale. He worked to optimize the entire decision around my family’s needs, my financial comfort, and the value of both vehicles.
When I was uncertain about purchasing one vehicle versus two, Andrew patiently explained the advantages, disadvantages. He gave me the information I needed to make my own decision and never tried to make the decision for me.
I work in sales, so I understand that Andrew has goals and responsibilities to the dealership. What made him extraordinary was that I never felt like a quota. It felt as though I had met a trusted advisor—and almost immediately, a friend—who happened to sell Volvos.
There is an enormous difference between someone trying to sell you a car and someone helping you buy the right car. Andrew is the second kind of person.
I hope the management team at Volvo Cars of Austin recognizes what an exceptional representative they have in Andrew Holzgrove. He did more than complete two vehicle sales. He created the kind of trust, loyalty, and customer experience that will bring me back to the dealership and cause me to recommend him to everyone I know.
