  Work performed in a timely and efficient manner. They showed me that my air filter didn't need to be replaced due to "like new" appearance, and I agreed, as I knew that I had driven very few miles since its last change.

  Went in for an oil change today and was helped by Gavin, he was very knowledgeable and friendly! Previous experiences at other places made me not want to go back, here I felt welcomed and not like I was being ripped off like Jiffy Lube tried doing me. I will definitely go back to this location!!

  Nothing like waiting 45 minutes just to get into a bay when there is only one car ahead of you in the bay… They're all so busy doing full mechanic work and looking at other people's engines that they can't just get oil changed. Do I blame them - yes because most of the time I go to Temple and I am in and out in 10 to 15 minutes literally. Temple staff is very professional and efficient - these guys just not sure what to say... 🥲 They are nice, but efficiency needs to be worked on...

  I got my car serviced yesterday by Tanner, Carmelo and Rene. Tanner is the manager of Valvoline, and he was very informative of all the questions I had while also creating the space for me to feel comfortable asking my questions. I had an issue at another auto service I had visited in Austin that left me with new windshield wipers that made an awful sound even in the pouring rain and Tanner gave me a discount for ones I bought with them even though it wasn’t his fault. It just goes to show that they provide not just a service in a pleasant atmosphere but they all try to go above and beyond for the people they are servicing and that means the world! So thank you guys!!

  I went into for an inspection. The gentleman had me drive in my car which I had never experienced I stayed in my car the whole time of inspection. The Team was “TEAM WORKING” about 3 techs were coming together to get the inspection done I was not in the shop very long. I truly wanted to get off my car and speak w a manager to tell them what a fast and courteous inspection I had just received, but I figured I would get a survey and I would rather fill out the survey to acknowledge the team and to let everyone know what good service I experienced at this location When I have selected this shop for inspections or oil changes, they have always taken care of me above and beyond down to a little chip on my windshield. Within minutes I was out of the shop even my mom was with me at that time and she was impressed. Good teamwork is hardly recognize Or even experienced so thank y’all team on that day it was a Monday, August 10 around 12 o’clock. I had passed by another shop on slaughter and they were slammed. I just pressed my luck driving down the street on Manchaca as I pulled in the gentleman just had me drive up for the most excellent service so thank y’all so much
