  Super efficient, polite and courteous service. I pulled up at 6:30pm and the tech said that the inspector usually finishes doing emissions tests at 6:30pm, but he checked and the inspector said he would do it. This was a relief and I really appreciated him getting it done for me. Excellent service!!!

  These guys are good! They were busy but they worked fast and efficiently. Zachary was very helpful the experience was great. I drive across town to come back here because these guys are so good. Awesome job!

  Quick and easy oil change experience. The staff was very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure when they mentioned other recommended services. They explained everything without trying to force or scare me into buying extras like some other places I’ve been. Great customer service overall!

  Should have gone in the morning, get treated way better by the AM team. Sat in my truck, ignored, waited patiently while othe cars show up AFTER me get talked too, then started getting served all while I never got a peep. Used to love this spot, what happened to y’all? Blue Ram truck on June 30th 4:30pm. Left disgusted

  I’m a lifelong customer of over 30 years and I’ll never set foot in another Instant Valvoline location again. I waited over an hour in line and it looked like chaos in the garage. It was 98 degrees at your 6300 Menchaca Road location in Austin and I finally got out to ask someone and they said it would be another 20 minutes at least. I was out of time and had to get back to work and completely frustrated. No manager or supervisor in sight and tons of cars backed up 3 deep on all lanes. All they had to do was go check in with us waiting and give us realistic timeframes and I would have happily come back. But now that I’m upset and wasted my valuable time I will never set foot in one of your locations again. Also with all the confusion and chaos with your workers I wouldn’t trust them to work on my car and either make a mistake or damage it. Your location was 10 miles away and I drove there on purpose as you’ve always done a great job. I will say thank you. I found a Jiffy Lube less than a mile away from my house and they did an amazing job with excellent customer service. Now I don’t have to go out of my way to your location and I’m sure Jiffy Lube appreciates you very much as they just got a new lifetime customer.
