  The person that took care of me was really pushy in additional sales. He decided to man explain to me what would happen if I didn’t get those additional services that were required I said thank you for letting me know, and he proceeded to make a joke with the partner who was doing the oil change, saying that I will be left in the street in this heat since I didn’t make the changes that were that he was suggesting. He also assumed that I had a coupon ( he was right-I did have one)- but the overall gesture saying “ I can tell you have a coupon” felt very judgmental- based on either appearances, or based on the fact that I was not getting any additional services done aside from the oil change. He was so pushy and so demeaning that I wanted to just start my car and leave, but since my hood was up and someone was already working on my car, I cannot leave and I started getting like a slight panic attack. As soon as I drove off, I called my boyfriend and told him I never wanted to get an oil change by myself again although I’ve been getting oil changes since I was 15 never had I’ve been made fun of or judged in the way that this specific individual made me feel. At one point during the interaction someone else came in and said I got I got it. I’m gonna take over and I was really happy that that was happening. However, within a few minutes that guy left and the same guy came back to finish me up and I just felt attacked. The entire time. I was getting my oil change- he continued to go over all the things that were wrong with my car and telling me that I was going to be stranded in this heat if I didn’t get those services done. They also didn’t put air in my tires, which I usually get done when I get oil changed the top off my fluids and make sure that my air it’s set to the right amount- But this time they did not do that. I had to ask him to reset my oil to zero and and he said I could just do that myself - although he did show me how - that’s not what customer service does.

  Adrian did a great job of explaining everything I needed this service. Jacob and Jared were very professional. I'm glad they were taking the time to train and explain everything thoroughly. Haziel and Jackson were professional and efficient with their service. A very excellent experience all around.

  Nice guy who checked me in this morning pointed out that I had a nail in my driver's side tire. While they don't fix those, he pointed me next door to discount tire to get it repaired. I appreciate that! I came back later today for an oil change. I used their online $25 off an oil change coupon for this month. They showed me the dip stick. Which apparently is something you do. I felt silly smiling and nodding my head to give the ok. As a lady who doesn't change her oil herself, this means absolutely nothing to me. But I respect the transparency. I feel like the gentlemen here have my back.

  First of all 3 things they did not do and for the price, no sticker with milage, did check tires air, they did not show the oil stick to show where the oil amount was.and the price has gone up. And u can tell they have new employees that cong check right

  Huge sign that says get your "emissions test here" and another that says "Inspector on duty." I wait in line for 20 minutes before someone comes to check in with me and says the inspector left for the day. Not ok to advertise that you do emissions tests when the inspector may or may not be there.
