  I was happy to find I got charged $10 for the basic wash. I saw the prices online and mistaken the member price for the pay per wash price. I say this because your car goes through the car wash so quickly it definitely does not do a thorough job. It was worth $10 bucks tho to get the bulk of dirt off and then I used the vacuum area to get the rest off by hand and dry it by hand. The dryers at the end don’t do much. Also note, this is not a touchless car wash—there are brushes that touch your car, if you’re worried about that kind of thing. If you’re looking for an automatic car mat washer, they have it too. It’s by the entrance where you pay, but on the opposite side. I spent too long looking for it and got annoyed. It will only wash flat mats, which no one mentions. Any custom or ridged mats won’t fit so don’t even try. Very very annoying and the only reason I went to Tony’s was to wash my car mats but couldn’t. The vacuum area has zero shade—there’s one spot in the lot that has partial shade from the building and the spot across from it has 100% tree shade. You have to push a button for the vacuums to come on. Did not notice there was a button and again, wasted time walking around wondering why half the vacuums were broken. Overall frustrating experience here. The booth attendant was a nice guy. I just wanted to share an honest customer experience.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Hours are posted open until 8 PM. I will say probably 10 times. I pulled up easily at 7 PM. Doors already shut closed. Can’t go through. Can’t call anyone. I get a manager multiple different times calling me and leaving me a voicemail explaining there is a staffing shortage which I understand but that’s not excuse for not posting your hours. This is an app based car wash and you can’t update your hours on the app. I’m not even finished. That’s not the main reason. I’m frustrated. Today and multiple other days I’ve pulled up well before their ending hours, listed as closing at eight and at 7:45 clearly there are still people there but they’ve shut 15 minutes early for some reason you know staffing shortages. I’m not gonna sit here and go on. Stay away from this car wash place. Try Pure wash in Steiner Ranch. I’ve heard really good reviews!

  Terrible Serive with a don’t care I’m the Manager attitude. No verbal instructions before entering the wash and actually no one was even there! Drove car in and belt starts going crazy on my tires. Someone finally walks out and stops the machine. Then says did you read the sign? What sign! $22 for a car wash? No verbal instructions, no tape for wipers, not tire brush or fender/bumper scrub. Never going back and don’t recommend I’ll be taking my car to get looked at. TOTAL NEGLIGENCE DURING MY AFTERNOON VISIT TODAY.

  Went to take a car using tommys, this place was closed at 7:30 TWICE. even though the website says 8:00pm close. And I wouldn't recommend if your cars dirty dirty. Everything just seems weak. From water pressure, to vacuums. Especially the vacuums. There also is no wtrashcan. No window wash, or anything. I don't think I even saw trashcans. There is dry napkins towel things, just spread everything everywhere though. 1.5/5

  My husband has a membership and on more than one occasion he has tried to get a wash in the evening and they’ve closed early. Just the other day we went during the day and an employee’s truck was parked diagonally in the lanes blocking the entrance. There is a better, more consistent car wash just down the street that we will be going to instead.
