  Not so much a review for Sewell as a warning to Land Rover Buyers. If something as simple as fixing an issue with key fobs is to much for a company that charges 100K for a car, I question the quality of their products. I have waited nearly 2 years and keep getting the same run around. Buyer beware.

  ⭐ 1 Star Absolutely pathetic experience. The dealership ran my credit through several banks while we were actively working on getting the approval finalized, only for them to turn around and SELL THE CAR right from under me. If you're going to have a customer take multiple credit inquiries and go through the financing process, the bare minimum is communicating that someone else is trying to buy the vehicle. Instead, I was under the impression we were still working the deal while the car was being sold to somebody else. Complete waste of my time and unnecessary hits to my credit. Extremely unprofessional way to handle a serious buyer. I would think twice before allowing them to run your credit unless you know the vehicle is actually being held for you.

  Took my Range Rover to get serviced. Had an amazing experience at Sewell. Friendly atmosphere, very clean as well. The staff were wonderful especially my service advisor Joel Azua. His communication was outstanding, kept me up to date via text message and in person with everything that was going on with my car. Joel was a good listener answered all my questions and got the job done. I highly recommend Joel Anthony Azua as your sales advisory for anyone that walks in to take their car to get serviced. Thank you Joel for your hard work.

  My husband and I went to Sewell to get a quote on a minor door repair for my vehicle. We decided to go with Sewell and were planning on bringing the vehicle back in a couple days to get fixed. The collision department were extremely friendly and knowledgeable but they weren't the problem. I have an electric vehicle and decided to use their charging station and this lady with a heavy accent came out knocked on my window and said " this is for customers only, you cannot use this ever again" and walked away. Why did she assume I wasn't a customer? Why didn't she ask me first? The situation should of been approached differently.

  I had an amazing experience working with Kyra at Sewell! Her customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all of my questions. She actually sat with me, showed me the vehicle, and walked me through how to use all of the features, which I really appreciated. Communication is so important when purchasing a vehicle, and Kyra absolutely exceeded my expectations. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and made everything easy and stress-free. It’s rare to receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I highly recommend asking for Kyra if you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond.
