  Good communication once scheduled. Took over a week from original call to get appointment. Service arrival was in the window. Window glass removal scratched the interior plastic ledge on the inside of the door in multiple places. Good amount of glass also now rattling in the door. Window glass was OEM as promised but set a little too far left with a noticeable gap on the left. Still sealed but it’s off.

  Went through my insurance company to get my windshield replaced after a very bad rock chip cracked half of my windshield! Our tech, James, did an amazing job with the install and was very knowledgeable, prompt, and respectful. I did have to contact my insurance company to specifically request OEM glass to be installed and I had to pay $280 out of pocket with a $0 deductible as OEM isn’t usually covered by insurance, only aftermarket.

  After two bad experiences with this company I felt compelled to review. I had one mediocre windshield replacement (windshield quality was very subpar and was permanently hazy) on a past car but decided to live with it. Recently called them to replace a front passenger window in my wife’s car and had a horrible experience. I was told my window was 12-5pm, and therefore cleared my schedule and moved work meetings to accommodate. At 3pm I was told the technician would be running late and would not arrive until 5:30-6pm. This was upsetting, but I was ok with it. Lo and behold, 6, 6:30, 7, and 7:30 goes by before I realize they’re not coming at all: no call and no show, meanwhile I’m waiting around waiting for them. Infuriating. Thank heavens I came to comments to see if others had this experience (yes) and someone suggested Nations Auto Glass who came the following day, in the planned window, and charged me 40% less than Safelite was going to. Highly recommend them. Additionally I was upset to see that when I went to cancel my Safelite appointment they offered me $100 off to keep my appointment, so clearly their prices are already too high to begin with. Unless you like waiting around with no communication I don’t recommend this place.

  I had an excellent experience with Safelite AutoGlass! This windshield replacement was actually a birthday gift, which made it even more special. Cohan provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while paying close attention to detail. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and my new windshield looks perfect. Thank you, Cohan, and the Safelite team for such a great experience. I highly recommend Safelite to anyone who needs auto glass repair or replacement! It's warm, personal, and gives Cohan the recognition he deserves.   The person young man not sure if he’s a manager or whom he may be but he checks the cars in or what ever his job is! Is just plain rude, no customer service, no communication skills! The team does not insure all broken glass is removed but charge you a fee to “recycle” aka clean the glass out but don’t clean it out completely these are things that should be inspected before any customer leaves to ensure customer satisfaction and great quality work ethics…. The window that was put on could be a brand they use but when it gets wet it leaves marks on the window! Do not waste your time with this location or company save yourself the headache
