  Needed to replace a cracked windshield and went through my insurance who works with Safelite on these things. Scheduling and service all seem fine and straightforward. Drive my car around for a week then the rear view mirror just fell apart.

  Don’t take your glass here, within a week of repair and this came off. When I went in they took 3 hours to fix it. And I over hear them saying to a lady that was different ethnicity that they would get her’s done within 1:30 min.

  Extremely negligent service and zero accountability. I used this location for a windshield replacement, and the technician left one of my passenger windows rolled completely down after finishing the job. Because of this negligence, my car sat open overnight during a rainstorm. To make matters worse, the open window invited a break-in, resulting in multiple stolen items and interior damage. When I called this morning, I was told the manager "stepped out" and would call me back. No one did. When I called again, I was left on hold and then hung up on. Leaving a customer's vehicle entirely unsecured is unacceptable. The total lack of response or accountability afterward is even worse. I expect a prompt response from management to resolve the damages and stolen property caused directly by your technician's oversight.

  Do not waste your time here. I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and confirmed the appointment the day before. I was told that it would take about 2.5 hours and that they closed at 5:00. When I came back at 4:45, my car had not moved and had not been touched. I waited in the lobby for an employee to finally appear and was told that they could start on it next. I politely asked for a refund and advised that I did not have another three hours to wait. There was no communication, no explanation, and no attempt to make it right. I wasted a valuable Saturday on these guys and would advise you not to do the same. I will also say that I was not the only person in the lobby who was upset. Do yourself a favor and find a better service provider.
