Quick and easy service. Website was very easy to use, plenty of appointment times to make it easy to work around. Josue the technician I dealt with was super friendly, quick, and took care to work cleanly. Would happily use again should the need arise!
The experience with Safelite was seamless. Everyone from start to finish were professional and helpful. Thank you for a great experience. The work was done in a shorter time than expected.
Horrendous service. Technician showed up to replace my windshield. Said there was rain in the forecast need covered I explained I have a carport in the back of my shop.. or I could pull the front end of the vehicle in a bay of my personal shop. She explained there is not enough room. I told her I could park it under a tree in the back (In the Shade) she explained again there's rain in the forecast. I explained to her there is blue skies and NO Rain. Then I showed her the shop and she said she needs the whole truck in the shop. For a windshield I simply asked her looks like you don't wanna work today and walk away. I called the 800 number to rebook the appointment and the assistant manager said I was verbally abusive to the technician which is not true.. I get it. I own my own business. It's hard to find good help.

The service was quick and painless, I set the appointment the night before and they gave me a window for a technician to come out in the morning. Need technician arrived at 9:00 a.m. And finish the work by 9:08. It was easy for him and painless and there's barely anything left showing the damage
Super disappointed. I had a super small crack, smaller than the size of a dime, brought to Safelite and Dakota was the tech working on my car. From reading a few other reviews, sounds like this has happened before and its' from the tech putting too much pressure on the glass. Nothing I can do now except get a new windshield. I sure hope this was not a "plan" to sell me a new windshield. I have had glass repair done 3 times in the last 20 years, this has never happened so I can only assume, the explanation on the pressure from the person repairing it, is the reason they tell you "there is a chance it could crack" - Maybe it is, maybe it's not the reason but now I"m out $750 for a replacement that should have been free, and quick to repair. Beware of the chance, but perhaps of the provider of the service needing to be more careful when providing pressure. Not a happy camper.
