  Marcus was great! He showed up early, explained everything to me and was done in no time! He even told me with the type of crack I had, it would still likely be visible but he was able to fill it and I can barely see it! Very punctual, communication was great. I will always come back and recommend!

  From start to finish, this was a great experience. Scheduling was simple, and the appointment notifications kept me informed every step of the way. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and the staff clearly explained the process and what to expect. The repair was completed faster than expected, and the technician thoroughly reviewed the work that had been performed as personally handed me the keys. My new windshield looks amazing. A big thank you to everyone at the shop for being so friendly, professional, and helpful!

  I live out in the country, and our main road is full of gravel trucks. My family and I have been victimized multiple times with errant gravel. We have had the pleasure of working with Safelite on multiple occasions. This time for a large piece of rock that came almost through the top of my windshield, and blew glass fragments all over me, some imbedding in my arm. I am a disabled military veteran, and having the option of a technician coming out to our home is immensely helpful. My mobility is very difficult so this service is perfect. Our service technician was very knowledgeable and diligent about keeping me informed about the work being done. She was great. This is the type of windshield service I have had previously, whether a patch on the windshield or the replacement of an entire windshield. I can’t say enough good things about Safelite, or the great technicians I’ve had the pleasure of working with out here. They will always be my go to windshield or car window repair company.

  I would not recommend. Took my 2025 Jeep Wrangler in for a broken windshield. Had a 8:30-9:30am drop-off time, and arrived at 9am. They told me they closed at 5. They didn't start work on it until around 3:45. Since they have no listed number, I had to call the main number for and update. Wasted time with their AI chatbot before being put through to a rep. They wouldn't give me the number but wierdly called on my behalf. Only thing they would share is they were "working" on the vehicle and wouldn't provide a time for when it would be done. Since they were closing at 5, I went to the location around 4:30 and sat for 25 minutes before they came out and said they couldn't calibrate the windshield camera. I went back 2 days later and sat for an hour and a half until they came out and told me I had to take it to the dealer. Poor service the whole way around, topped off by their inability to do the work.
