  They completed the work in my driveway. Their technician was on time, completed the work in the time he estimated, and did exceptional work.

  Completed work at the appointed time in under two hours including calibrating driver assist system (ADAS). This compared to the dealer - Austin Subaru - who I booked an appoint with, they had the car all day, never started the work and said they would get to it next week! So yes, something to be said for complete work as promised. Thank you Safelite. Staff was pleasant to work with. But a couple of things to know. Company has ditched human phone support, everything is handled by chatbots. If you have questions good luck! Had to go through my insurance company to ask questions. Also, looks like they are owned by State Farm Insurance. Also if you have a new vehicle with driver assist technology you will have to take it into a store to be calibrated, they will not come to your location for that.

  I loved my experience with the whole team at the Kramer location. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledge. It was a breeze to get my windshield replaced. My tech saw how much work I put into my truck and he provided the same level of service I would have done. He also walked me through the whole process as he was working. As a master tech, I cant recommend his skills enough. The rest of the team went above and beyond for other customers and the shop was very clean and organized.

  Everything about my experience was good. Booking was easy and with my insurance the price was excellent. The quality of work and installed windshield are also top tier.
