  Outstanding Service from Marcus at Safelite! I recently had a crack in my windshield repaired by Marcus at Safelite Auto Glass, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment he arrived, Marcus was courteous, friendly, and professional. He greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. Before he started, he walked me through what he was going to do and why. He answered all of my questions patiently, never rushing or making me feel like I was bothering him. I appreciated that he explained how the repair process works, what to expect afterward. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to make sure the customer truly understands what’s happening, and it made me feel confident in the work being done. As for the repair itself, Marcus did an excellent job. The crack was a real concern for me, since I didn’t want it to spread or become a safety issue. When he finished, the damage was barely noticeable, and the glass felt solid and secure. It was clear that he takes pride in his craftsmanship and cares about getting things right. On top of the great service and quality work, the price was very reasonable. I felt I got tremendous value, especially considering the level of care and attention I received. I highly recommend Safelite, and I especially recommend asking for Marcus if you can. He’s a true asset to the company, and I would gladly use their services again. Thank you, Marcus, for a job well done!

  Easy appointment set up, great communication, punctual, reasonable price, and friendly service. The Technician, Ash, was fantastic and even went the extra mile to vacuum the car better then when she started.

  I was given a 4 hour window of 8-12. Tech came at 1. He called ahead to say he would be late but never gave me a time so I was stuck at home all day. He told me I should have paid the extra fee if I wanted my time guaranteed. I was never given an option to pay this.
