  Excessive fees, I got a trip check which was already around 100 dollars and then when they find an issue with my breaks on the trip check I had to pay another diagnostic fee. It makes the trip check pointless if they charge you extra to figure out what problems they find during it.

  Had a great experience at this shop, needed to fix my a/c and Noah walked me through the entire process and broke down exactly why the certain parts were needed, I did not feel pressured whatsoever. Amazing customer service and a timely repair made this my go to automotive shop, highly recommend!

  I had a pretty bad experience here recently at the foster lane location. The person who spoke to me on the phone ( I think his name was Noah ) was just rude and did not want my business. I had a few things to fix in my car because the dealership identified issues. I did not want the dealership to fix it because they would upcharge me so I thought I’d give the local shop some good business. Front desk person was incredibly rude and asked me “who do you work for”. And then proceeded to say thank you and have a good day and cut the call. I made my husband talk to them next time around because I thought it was a miscommunication and he proceeded to list the services we needed and laughed. Then he told us to send him an email about the requested replacements and we’ve never heard back. Email was sent to a Noah that works here. I don’t know what’s going on in there and I don’t want to assume racism but it sure felt like it. I would never go here again and I’m advising everyone else in my circle and neighborhood listserv to take their business elsewhere.

  Just got my car back- will be using this shop exclusively moving forward. They honored their quote, beat out other shops on price, and weren't trying to upsell any of the other inspection items. Essentially a 1-day turnaround as well. The team was friendly and transparent with the work.

  I wanted to thank the employees when I came in to get my AC fixed. I’m sure we all know this Texas heat is nothing to play with and not having an AC is never good. They explained to me every step of the way of what this process will look like what And every detail so I had a very good understanding of what was gonna take place with my vehicle They were very kind very quick gave updates. The customer service was unreal! I’ve been to other places where I feel like I’m gonna get hosed when it comes to the amount of money it’s gonna pay for a service. They were very clear about pricing, they answered all of my questions and they were very considerate and kept me updated through the entire process. I can say that this was a very good experience and you now have a new customer! Thank you so much for excellent customer service and for the cold AC!
