Jeremy has earned my trust by recommending maintenance when it's actually needed, not simply looking to add work to the bill. At 120K miles, he explained why services like spark plugs and differential fluid were worth doing for the long-term health of the vehicle. Jeremy and team consistently deliver quality work, communicate honestly, and stand behind their repairs. Not sure what more one can ask for. Certainly keeps me coming back.

Called Rising Sun and they were very professional and had good diagnostic rates and assured me they could fix the issue. Had the car towed over. A few days later I get a quote: over $5,000 to replace the whole inverter. Took it to the dealership and the issue was fixed for a little over $600. No issues with customer service or communication.
