    Long overdue 5-star review for Penske! The reservation and pickup were quick and hassle-free, and the truck was in fantastic, clean condition. Reliable equipment, fair pricing, and great customer support from start to finish. Will definitely use them again.

    Fairly fast check out. They entered the incorrect mileage on check out so that prolonged the checking process. Also the cruise control did not work. Outside of that, the truck was fine and the staff was friendly.

    Huge thanks to Megan, Daven, and the entire rental department team at this Penske location for a seamless experience! All the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They got me a 26 foot truck with a liftgate on very short notice and even gave me a great rate. The truck was very clean, in excellent condition, and the liftgate worked perfectly. I also really appreciated them giving me a 3 hour grace period without charging for an extra day. That level of customer service goes a long way. Thanks again. I will definitely return to this location for all my future rental needs.
