  Fairly fast check out. They entered the incorrect mileage on check out so that prolonged the checking process. Also the cruise control did not work. Outside of that, the truck was fine and the staff was friendly.

  Huge thanks to Megan, Daven, and the entire rental department team at this Penske location for a seamless experience! All the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They got me a 26 foot truck with a liftgate on very short notice and even gave me a great rate. The truck was very clean, in excellent condition, and the liftgate worked perfectly. I also really appreciated them giving me a 3 hour grace period without charging for an extra day. That level of customer service goes a long way. Thanks again. I will definitely return to this location for all my future rental needs.

  DO NOT RENT FROM PENSKE. At my final straw after years of trying to make this rental company work over multiple jobs. They will continuously not have a truck when you show up to pick up your reservation or give you a worse truck with no lift gate and charge the same amount. Prices are cheaper at Enterprise take your business elsewhere.
