  Jordan at the north 183 location has helped me twice now with tires for my Mercedes. The back 2 and then the front 2. He was so thoughtful, helpful and informative. I have a lot going on and needed to postpone having the front tires replaced after I ordered them and he was so helpful and understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend working with him at this location.

  I’ve had to shamble in here a few times, and every experience has been positive. The staff is friendly, informative, polite, and an overall pleasure to deal with. Most recently I ran over some nail-filled detritus from a double-wide trailer being hauled down 183. They tried hard to get it repaired, but the damage was too extensive. I worked with Brian, who helped me navigate the options for replacement, and he found the best option in the sweet-spot between safety and my budget. This was all within an hour, to boot. This is my go-to tire place, and it should be yours too.

  I was actually on my way to another tire shop that was a bit farther away when I noticed the bay doors open at NTB and decided to swing in. I had no appointment, and my car was wobbling badly because of a damaged tire. On top of that, I couldn’t even get the lug nuts off myself. I only intended to ask if they could loosen them so I could handle the rest, but they immediately stepped in and went above and beyond. Brian and the team took control right away, brought my car in, and changed it over to the spare without hesitation. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help during a stressful moment. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days, and it made a lasting impression on me. I’m extremely grateful for how they treated me, and I will absolutely be returning for future service. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares and is willing to help when you need it most, this is it. Highly recommend.

  I had another excellent experience at the 13248 North 183 NTB store. They handled a variety of services for me—including a tire repair, oil change, and spark plug replacement—with total efficiency. I appreciated being kept informed throughout the process, and the work was completed on time and at a fair price. A special thanks to Jordan, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer. Great service makes a world of difference, and I highly recommend this shop for any automotive needs.
