- HHHaley3 days ago5.0They took care amazing of my car, 10/10. (Serpentine belt and spark plugs). The pricing was a great deal, and they are so transparent and fair. Another shop would have wanted me to leave my car there for a few days, they fixed it in a few hours. The shop cats were a joy to hang out with. Ryan was kind, welcoming, and accomidating. They have a coffee bar and teas that are both caffinated and non-caffinated. They have chips and a drink cooler. They have toys for kids, a comfy couch, and a TV with tons of channels.

Ryan and the team at North Star really saved me from a really desperate situation, where they could have easily taken advantage of the car trouble I was in. Instead, what was offered was impeccable service and a commitment to make things right for the customer. The initial pricing and service I received for a major repair was very reasonable and fair. Even after the initial car work that was done had an issue which was not the fault of the repair shop, Ryan personally made it his mission to make things right, advocating for me to the parts maker and getting a solution even though it wasn’t covered under warranty. I was blown away by the commitment to integrity and making things right. I will be returning as a loyal customer and highly recommend this shop. It is so rare to find an auto repair shop with this much integrity and commitment to customer service.
