  Everything about using national rental car is easy. It’s easy to book in the app, it’s easy to pick up the car, it’s easy to return. I don’t bother looking at other rental car companies to compare prices.

  Great choice of newer model cars in Emerald Aisle and every encounter with staff from pickup to return was pleasant and efficient.

  It's so weird that National is owned by Enterprise. My experience with Enterprise was so bad that I literally drove to the airport to use National rather than deal with another local chapter of Enterprise. Check out was superior and customer service was great. I only wish they would expand their footprint beyond airports.

  Highly recommend you avoid National. I had to deal with an individual named Nico Brimberry who was extremely unprofessional and fraudulently charged extra days on a rental, requiring me to go through multiple hoops to have the charges removed.

  Very disappointed with available cars. There were maybe 10 cars in the lost and 6 had people sitting in them. The others were way too small for our needs. Ended up with a base trim equinox and I am less than thrilled. Can’t remember the last time I encountered a car that had a manual trunk. The message from the lot attendant was to wait around until they bring something I want. I don’t have all day to do that. This is my first and likely last time using national. Over paid and under delivered. Sixt is the only way to go for a decent car these days. Response to National: the provided link is only for phone or a web chat that has limited hours. Why no email communication option?
