⚠️ WARNING — DO NOT TRUST THIS NTB LOCATION WITH YOUR SAFETY ⚠️
If I could leave negative 5 stars, I would. I am writing this so no other family goes through what mine did.
My daughter brought her car in for one simple thing: a nail removed from a tire. She was also told she needed two new front tires, new TPMS valves, quick struts, outer tie rods, and ball joints. She trusted them and paid for the work.
That work was done wrong — dangerously wrong — by an incompetent mechanic who failed to complete the job correctly.
About 10 days later, while driving in Houston, she heard a loud clunk. Her driver's-side wheel had detached from the tie rod, leaving the vehicle completely inoperable. Let that sink in: if this had happened at highway speed, it would almost certainly have been fatal — for her, and potentially for anyone driving near her.
She had the car towed to an NTB in Houston. That manager confirmed the repairs had been performed incorrectly, with critical parts missing, and told her point-blank that she was lucky to be alive — because the passenger-side wheel was also on the verge of collapsing.
Bottom line: Do NOT take your vehicle to this NTB unless you're willing to put your life — and other motorists' lives — at risk.

We love this place! We have gone too many different places to get our cars worked on. This place was the best. We had a slight issue with an alignment not being perfect, I called the next day and said my car was pulling a little bit, they had me come in immediately! Jordan got me in right away and they fixed the problem right then. They were so kind so helpful. I never feel like they are up selling us. I was also so impressed with their customer service that I decided I was gonna go ahead and get two new tires. Jordan gave me a stellar deal and I can positively say that we will bring our cars here for any other needs.

I’ve trusted NTB (now Mavis) for years, and they’ve never let me down. With me being a woman, every place I go for a simple routine maintenance on my car has always tried to take advantage of me. I know I’m in good hands with NTB. Today, I came in for a routine oil change and battery check and Jordan took care of me. He greeted me as I came in the door. Nick, Desmond, & Dimitri were AMAZING! I totally destroyed my rim late night Saturday and found them sunday morning. They changed my tire to my donut in less than a half hour and went the EXTRA mile to find a new rim and tire that fit into my VERY TIGHT budget. Nick and Desmond were so kind and patient with my humor and mom brain moments at the front counter! I'm so glad I found their location and I definitely will be using them from now on for any issues I may have in the future!!!
