  They really helped me! Im so thankful to them for straightening out my rim if I as a women would have taken to any other tire shop they would have tried to just get money from me but April saw I had 2 kids and didnt need anymore stress. They got me in and out im so lucky they were able to do good working I didnt have to buy a new rim.

  Went in for a state inspection a little after 5 one Tuesday. They have the state induction emblem emblazoned on the outside of their building. There were a few people ahead of me so I parked & took a seat & was promptly ignored for 25 minutes by 3 employees until one finally asked me what I was waiting for after all their other customers had been helped & left. Then I was told “we’re not doing state inspections” because their system doesn’t currently allow it. No sign anywhere to indicate that. Poor service & disappointing.

  I had such a great experience with April, Jackson, and the entire team at Mavis today. I came in needing help with a battery replacement, and they truly went above and beyond. Not only did they take care of the issue, but April and the team stayed late to make sure everything was handled and that I was back on the road safely. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. What stood out most was how genuinely cared for I felt. It’s rare to find a team that treats customers like people instead of just another ticket. Thank you, April, Jackson, and everyone at Mavis for your outstanding service. I highly recommend them!

  this place is just Wonderful! Called them right before they were about to close (nail in my tire). April was super friendly and professional at the same time to comfort me and assure me that they will fix it first thing in the morning! The place is clean , reasonably priced, and has the best staff in town! 5 stars easyyyyy.... You will continue to get my business . Best of luck Mavis !!

  Went to Mavis Tires.Had to cancel my appointment yesterday 6/17/26. They rescheduled me for the next day. Got me in and out. Went over every deal about my future maintenance on my vehicle. I told them the wrong tire size Beto the technician caught it. The manager April is so sweet and help me as much as she could. By far the best experience I've ever had at a tire shop. Would recommend anyone need tires come hit them up. I'll be come back again. Thank yall so much.
