  We had a great experience! April was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was super friendly, fun, and outgoing, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. We also really appreciated how accommodating she was when we needed to bring our small dog inside with us. She welcomed her right in and even gave her a treat! The service was excellent, and the entire shop had such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It’s always nice to find a place where you get great service and genuinely enjoy the people you’re working with. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

  After traveling 6 hours my caliber froze up and smoking. Mavis was the closest place. They are one amazing team. Jackson was a true sport and helped out as much as he could despite the amount of work he still had. Thank you guys. God bless you all. Way to go Mavis tires and brakes

  These guys are real savers! My car got a flat and I only had enough pressure to drive it in here. They were missing some parts needed to lift my electric car but they acquired them so I didn't have to get the car towed. April, at front counter, was incredibly helpful! Come see her!

  Awesome customer service.....I will never go to another tire repair shop again....people here are so friendly, helpful, and very courteous.....Thank you all so very much....especially to April and Jackson !! And I will recommend to you to everyone I know..:)

  I had to go there this time for a flat tire and found out someone had stolen my spare when I came out from work to go to lunch. Grrrr. April was so nice and kind and helped me kick my bad mood when they were able to get me in and out and back to work. I really like Discount Tires and have always gone there, but Mavis is better because you can get in there. Had I tried DT in this predicament, I guarantee I would have waited several hours. And there may not have been someone like April to help me get done what I needed. I will be back for my tire needs, but hopefully not too soon!
