  My experience at Mavis was nothing short of awesome. I dropped my car off with a niche issue; my chrome rims had started to suffer from corrosion and were leaking air over time. It was either replace the rim itself, or find a shop that could apply bead sealer to keep the pressure from leaking. Not only did one of their employees named Jackson fix the leak, he also helped me discover that Discount Tire broke my pressure sensor and failed to adequately tighten or affix my wheel locking nut so it fell off. Five stars for the service and diagnosis of a pervious shop’s mistakes. Now to go have a word with Discount Tire!

  I had been shopping around for tires for the last few weeks and visited several competitors, but when I made my way to Mavis Tire & Brake, they offered me the best deal by far along with exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by April, who gave me such a warm welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable about tires and took the time to guide me toward the best tires for my car at the best price out of all the places I visited. What really stood out to me was when I came in for my appointment, they discovered an issue with one of my lug nuts. It had seized onto the stud and needed to be replaced. Instead of using it as an opportunity to nickel and dime me like many other places probably would have, they went above and beyond and took care of it at no additional charge. That level of honesty, effort, and customer care is what turns someone like me into a lifelong customer. If you want a job done right by people you can trust, this is the place to go.

  Went to another tire shop before this and had a horrible experience. Everyone at Mavis was professional, friendly, and cared about my safety first and foremost. They got me taken care of, shoutout to April!

  Caught a screw in my tire and the closet tire shop was Mavis. I pulled up and Jackson quickly approached me to help. He examined the tire in question and was able to get me in right away. I got a patch and was out of there within an hour. April was another friendly person who was very helpful. Thank you!

  Five stars and I mean it, even though the day didn’t go perfectly. I brought my 2002 4Runner in for 4 new tires and an alignment on one of the rainiest days Austin has seen in a while. The tire delivery truck was running late because of the weather, but manager April made sure they didn’t pull my wheels off and leave me stranded. She called me the moment the tires arrived. Jack got the alignment about 90% dialed in, but there was one bolt on my 200k mile truck that just wouldn’t budge and rather than pretend everything was perfect, they were upfront with me about it and didn’t charge me for the alignment. That kind of honesty is rare.
