  Russell was very quick and knowledgeable, and very polite. He answered all my questions, and communicated well what I needed done and why. Even worked his original quoted price on a brake job down without my asking, so that I showed up to pick up my car and paid less than I expected. All the work was done within 6 hours of my appointment. All around great service.

  It was Friday afternoon and had to go back to Dallas, I had bad tire went to several places nobody could help till I talked to Russell. He is very nice and gentle person and he did his best to find a tire for my BMW .He was very helpful and even followed up to make sure we are getting back to Dallas safely. He is amazing person and I can't thank enough for his help. Again thank you Russell

  I first visited a Mavis in North Carolna and they were awesome so when I moved to Austin (and almost immediately got a flat tire) I decided to go to the Mavis here. So glad I did ...they patched my tire and balanced my tires for free because I was a previous customer (even though the flat was on a different car than the one I had in NC). They had me come in as soon as I called and had me patched up and out the door in less than 30 minutes even though they were busy. Great company in my opinion.

  Amazing service! Jason was fantastic! Hands down best service, excellent communication with updates and breakdown of costs, and extremely courteous! I was greeted at the door for my brake appointment and he already knew my car and name. Nice large facility with plenty of parking and comfortable separate waiting room. Service was very efficient - I was able to leave to eat dinner and when I got back, my car was ready! They offer no-interest financing if needed and even accept Affirm! Reasonable prices and they even have coupons and discounts! Also loved that they are open late hours until 8:30pm on Thursdays so I could drop by after work. Thank you guys so much! Feel much safer driving with my new brakes!
