- JDJohn DodgeMay 5, 20261.0Just validating what everyone else here has said. Don't park here. I had the same problem, went over my 2 hour time by a few minutes, charged $100 fee, negotiated to $82. It's a scam - any other parking system in the city has a simple app or text where you can extend your time if you get tied up in a meeting or whatever you are doing. I was happy to pay for my extra time but instead they only will charge you a huge penalty.

They sent me a notice of $102 and after I tried to dispute it they “discounted” it $20 so now it’s $82. How kind of them… It is honestly ridiculous and fully a scam. DO NOT PARK HERE.What you believe to be a $25 charge will most likely turn into a $100+ charge.
