- LSLaura StoberAug 24, 20261.0This is a business that operates on the practice of extortion. My son paid to park here and we received a bill for $102. I called to speak with somebody and waited on hold for over an hour. There were 34 other callers in the queue. After speaking with someone on the phone that was completely incompetent, I asked to speak with a manager. No manager on site. I’m supposed to receive a call back tomorrow but I highly doubt anyone will call. I told them I’m not paying $102 for 34 minutes of parking. Predatory business, indeed! Stay away!!

There is no option to “renew/extend.” You have to go back to the lot & pay again or you are charged the ridiculous fee. They’re rude on the phone too. Worst experience and most expensive parking ticket ever. Haha

I have been trying to get ahold of this company but apparently no one wants to pick up or their mailboxes are full. It seems to be a reoccurring thing for this company and it’s 3rd party contractors to scam ppl out of their money by not posting signs for their customers to see. You will then receive a letter of non compliance and be asked to pay that unless you want this to be sent to collections. Absolutely a disgrace to the downtown area, I can assure you that I will be telling my friends who reside in the area and coworkers who fly out for business to not frequent your establishments no longer.
