  Whoever was working at 11:00pm on 4th of July 2026 was really rude at the garage exit gate. Cars in the garage were totally at a standstill. I left my group’s car and walked up the ramp on a recon mission to see what the issue was because we hadn’t moved in 40 minutes. Traffic was bad (not their fault), but the two employees standing at the ticket machine were NOT informing people of all of the exit options (multiple directions, multiple lanes) to try to keep traffic moving. Several cars held up the line further trying to turn into backed up near lanes of street traffic because they didn’t know there were second lanes to turn into further from the exit. Fully aware that directing traffic is not part of their job, I asked if they could just tell people the exit direction and lane options as they were paying—or tried to tell them—they kept interrupting and talking over me, saying it wasn’t their job and I was welcome to direct traffic myself if I wanted to. I don’t remember asking them to direct traffic actually. They weren’t really doing much otherwise because saying “insert your card and remove it quickly” definitely isn’t a two person job. Anyway, They didn’t even give me a chance to alert them of how hot it was getting (98 degrees Fahrenheit) in the lower levels of the garage or that carbon monoxide poisoning might be becoming a realistic liability concern with 50 cars trapped and idling for so long. It took us 90 minutes to finally get out, and we didn’t even have service down there to rewatch a world cup match while we waited. All this to say, don’t park here.

  Expensive and they have no one to help you. Signs are not clear, the machine does not take credit cards, you have to do it by phone. Never again coming back. We were less than an hour and paid $15. Ridiculous.

  This is the most expensive parking garage I've ever experienced. $30 for 2.5 hours???? What a crock! should have been $4.
