  A flat tire on Sunday after July 4th stopped our plans for the night. Klingemann’s was the best answer. They were quick the find the problem and repair it. No upsell. They answered all of my questions. What a great place.

  went to this shop to get vehicle inspected. was turned down because my vehicle was originally registered in Williamson County. Shop is located in Travis County. They do not know their business very well. Vehicle can be inspected in either county because both counties require the emission test. I called and spoke to the shop manager, Tom, and he did not even know this information. Do not waste your time visiting this shop. If they do not even know this simple information, how can you trust them with the knowledge needed to service any work on your vehicle.

  Good and Bad Review. Why I gave 2 stars. Dan at front desk and young girl too (name?) are great and have great customer service! Got in and out with my emission test in under 20 minutes, first visit to this shop. Because of this I returned and they are close to me. This time went to have brake job done; $40 just to inspect my brakes. They sent me a huge quote with extra work and I only asked for brakes. After declining their other suggested repairs, they would only install their brake rotors and pads. They were basically telling me “you buy our rotors and pads that we suggest or nothing.” I had to ask them to order other parts locally, and they said they could but will have to charge me their markup regardless. But I could go buy my own and bring them in, but they will not warranty their work! I would have to take an uber to do so, as my breaks were bad. Not very great customer service, and felt like money was #1 and customer service a far #2. I felt slighted leaving that place and found a better deal elsewhere down the road. I could’ve just taken it elsewhere and not held my car for several hours. PLEASE, get a couple quotes before you go here and even pay the inspection fee. I will probably avoid this place in the future due to this. Left a bad taste in my mouth!

  EDITTED REVIEW: I called and spoke to the manager. He was 100% interested in customer satisfaction and offered to refund the full amount of the cleaning. Since I'm not interested in taking advantage of them, we split the difference and he refunded 50%.We'll be back. I brought my Honda CR-V in for an A17 service - oil change, rotate tires, flush/replace brake fluid. To their credit they found a few minor items that needed to be fixed. They also told me that I needed the "Platinum Fuel Injection Cleaning and Induction System Service" to the tune of $265+. I trust them and need my car for a quick trip to Houston so I said OK. I've done some research since then. This service is apparently known in the automotive repair trades as a "Wallet Flush". If you use a "top tier" (name brand) gasoline (I do) it's absolutely not necessary unless your car is running sluggishly. Other than this I'd always considered Klingeman to be trustworthy. Buyer beware.
