  I wouldn’t book with them again. Everything was mostly fine until it wasn’t. We were told we could jump off the cliff after we parked and then after we did Quintin decided to yell and kick 6 guys off. But even then I get it. Even if it was a miss communication you have to listen to the captain, insurance and safety and all that. What I am pissed about is after they left I watched Quintin ask my buddy Preston’s girlfriend, “did I kick off your boyfriend”. I mean that’s incredibly unprofessional and rude. I personally didn’t witness anything else but I heard that wasn’t a standalone incident.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not book with this company. Completely ruined my 21st birthday. I paid so much money to book this barge and celebrate with all of my friends just for the captain to kick off 6 of them over an employee miscommunication. The assistant captain Sean told people in my group they could jump off the cliff on the island so people did. All the other people on the boats parked next to us were also jumping off of it. All of a sudden the captain Quin comes up and starts yelling that we’re going home when we had barely been on the boat for an hour. He claimed that he told everyone that we weren’t allowed to jump off the cliff when he never said anything about it. I’ve booked with this company at least 4 times before and no one has ever said anything about jumping off the cliff. He then spent the next hour going around interrogating everyone about who was jumping off the cliff and threatening to take us all home. He said the six people that jumped had to be kicked off but there wasn’t even six people that jumped so some of my friends had to actually volunteer to leave just so he wouldn’t turn the whole boat around. He was incredibly disrespectful and would not listen or cooperate when we tried to talk to him and work things out. After calling another boat to pick up my friends and make them leave he had the audacity to come up to me while I was crying and say “life goes on”. He then tried to hit on one of my other friends which was disgusting. They also took us back at 6:45 when I had paid to be on the barge till 7:30. Don’t waste your time and money on these people they are incredibly unprofessional and rude

  The red head dude ruined our entire trip. We stopped at shore and everyone was jumping off the cliffs (which they never said was against the rules) and instead of telling us that’s not allowed he took weird pictures of all of us jumping off the cliff and proceeded to kick us all off the boat 20 minutes into the trip. We had all paid a lot of money and no refund or anything was offered to any of us. Whole staff is underpaid their attitude shows it. We were very respectful and apologized, but yet his ego got the best of him. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

  We were respectful throughout the entire experience. Nothing we saw explicitly stated that jumping off the cliff wasn’t allowed and another employee told our group that it was totally okay to jump so there was clearly a miscommunication between staff members. When the captain saw us jumping, he became very upset. We tried to calmly explain that another staff member had told us it was allowed but instead of listening or trying to clear up the misunderstanding he was extremely dismissive and rude. We even tried to have a respectful conversation and find a reasonable solution but he wasn’t willing to discuss it. He sent my friends home even though we had all paid for the experience. It felt unfair to punish customers for what was ultimately a miscommunication between employees. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that after yelling at me and leaving me on the verge of tears the same employee then tried to hit on me. Pretty unprofessional. We understand rules need to be enforced, but the situation could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully.

  The boat was clean and fun. The front of house management was kind and friendly. The captain of the barge however, Quintin, was extremely aggressive and intransigent. After failing to mention the rules surrounding cliff jumping, he proceeded to kick several people off board. The co captain even witnessed someone climbing down the cliff instead of jumping, and mentioned this to Quintin, in which he responded, “I don’t care.” He even went as far as getting physical with a customer, cursing and pushing. He preached that his 30 day sobriety made him fit for the job, screaming, verbally assaulting, pushing, and being as chauvinistic and bellicose as one could. I would highly recommend avoiding this company, unless you are okay with being accosted and assaulted by an employee.
