    My skid plate fell off and started dragging under my car the next ride out after getting an oil change here and now needs to be replaced entirely. I can't guarantee it was their fault, but the timing here is extremely sus.

    if you don’t want to pay an outrageous amount for an oil change, don’t go to jiffy lube. i previously went to midas for my last oil change, and it was about $45 for full synthetic. i had heard from a friend that jiffy lube is faster and about the same price, so i decided to go there. they were quick, which was nice, but they didn’t give me a quote or tell me what they were doing ahead of time. 15 minutes later, they were charging me $130 for my oil change. um…what the heck?? you can imagine my surprise after never paying that much for an oil change in my life, and i asked not once, but TWICE about why is was so expensive, telling them it’s cheaper elsewhere. instead of getting any answers or responses, i was COMPLETELY ignored, handed an invoice, and told to leave. on my invoice, they gave me all of the most expensive things possible, and didn’t explain a single thing. additionally, they tried to get me to spend an extra $30 on an engine flush that i don’t really think i needed. on top of all of that, i had to remind them to give me an additional $10 off because of a sale i found online, after already telling them when i got there. all in all, it was outrageously expensive, non-informative, and a waste of money. i felt ignored, unimportant, and i will never be going to a jiffy lube ever again. midas now has all of my business, time, and money for future oil changes. BOOOO!!!

    After driving to five different places trying to get an inspection, this Jiffy Lube was the only location that came through for us. The other places were disappointing, but the team here was incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful from start to finish. The process was quick and efficient, and we were in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location for your inspection and any other car service needs!

    Had to do a quick last minute oil change and I didn't have time to go to where I usually go so I stopped by to see if they had time and they did. They got me in and out a lot quicker than my usual oil change place. Being able to sit in my car was a plus too. I have a very active 2 yr old and not having to take her out, chase her and then fight to put her back in was really nice. Thanks Steve! You're awesome and they are lucky to have you at two different stores. :)

    I specifically called ahead to make sure they could perform a state inspection before driving over. The employee told me to come in. When I arrived, I was told the inspection technician was out to lunch and wouldn’t be back for another hour. I have no issue with employees taking breaks. My issue is being told to come in when the service I needed wasn’t available. A simple “our inspection tech is at lunch right now” would have saved me a wasted trip. The entire point of calling ahead is to avoid situations like this. If the person answering the phone can’t provide accurate information, then what exactly is their purpose?
