  If I dont change my own oil, I will always go to Grease Monkey on Burnet! They always provide excellent customer service, pricing is always fair, and their lobby is always stocked with snacks, refreshments, and a clean bathroom. I highly recommend them and will continue to come here as long as they are in business!

  Jen and her crew are always amazing, attentive, and informative to the service they provide and findings that are discovered. Customer service is always top notch. The waiting area is always clean, climate controlled and comfy, and they provide refreshments for you while your vehicle is serviced. I would always go to my car dealership service center, but I would much rather support this local business as they have always taken great care of my vehicles. I highly recommend this location of Grease Monkey!

  Top notch customer service experience. They had me in and out super fast. The waiting room had really cold A/C which I appreciate you in this summer heat. They were able to fix my headlights and help me with stuff beyond a basic oil change.

  I initially saw a $15 off full synthetic service on social media. I signed up via text message to take advantage of the discount. I gave my partner the code so he could get his oil changed and we could save a little bit of money. When he arrived he showed them the discount code and they gave him the estimated price. When he checked out they didn't apply the code. When I saw the invoice I noticed they didn't apply the discount so I gave them a call. The man told me on the phone that my partner was supposed to show the code when he checked out. How was he supposed to know? It just seems to me, that if you show a business the discount coupon that they are promoting that they would honor it no matter where your at in the process. Not that it was a ton of money but I'd expect they would make it right. It would have been really easy for them just to refund $15 but they lost my business for sure. We will not be going back.

  I had a great experience at Grease Monkey. Another oil shop had damaged my drain plug, and I was worried it was going to turn into a major repair. The team at Grease Monkey took the time to inspect the problem, explain my options, and help me get it fixed. They were professional, honest, and went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a tough situation. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend Grease Monkey to anyone looking for trustworthy service!
