  I brought my car in to have a tire repaired under warranty. Steve and his team were so nice and polite, they assured me there wasn’t a wait, and when I brought in my car they were so quick and friendly, and had it turned around later that afternoon

  This place has 100 percent redeemed itself in my eyes. I had a very negative experience but within minutes of me reporting my situation they spring into action. They called me and discussed my situation and offered me solutions to get me taken care of. I bring my personal and my company vehicle here and Steve the store manager is awesome and caring and honest can't ask for more admirable qualities if you ask me especially in auto repair. This place is 10 stars in my book. I was in this industry for many years and people like Steve are hard to find. If you are looking for a great place to trust getting your car serviced Steve and the team at the 41st location in Austin are top notch!! Thank y'all for all you did to help me and my family I feel safer knowing I have your team as my team.

  Steve was so honest, nice, and upfront about everything. Cared more about me and my car than about money. He was very knowledgeable and amazing.
