  Not a great experience. I won a certificate for a free oil change. I decided to also do the state inspection (as I was already there) and change the back light bulb. The inspection failed because they said something about the monitors. They said there was nothing wrong with the car and just drive it two or three days and redo the inspection. I decided to go to jiffy lube and the inspection passed without any issues. So there goes 11 dollars paid twice. The backlight bulb they quoted 110 dollars and I agreed. After waiting they said changing the bulb did not solve the issue because there was a further electrical problem they had to identify but that would take time and I would have to schedule for another time and leave my car. They still charged me the 110 dollars. I took my car to Audi and asked them about the light and they said changing the bulb never worked and they had to change to whole Tail light which means the mechanic at Genuine automotive was not knowledgeable. So this was my great experience. So I did end up with an oil change that cost me far more than I expected because of the inspection fail and the tail light bulb change.

  I was in la frontera when a coolant temp light flashed on my screen. Obviously, panic set in. I went had heard of GAD and as soon as they heard they immediately started their diag. They understood I couldn’t wait. Not only that, but after digging through the wiring harness due to connectors coming loose. They were fair. I appreciate the timely service. If you need a shop that cares about putting people and service first I would recommend GAD!

  Great service! Had 2 diesels with issues. Took it over to Steve with Genuine and they took care of me. Even had a little mishap and Steve and the staff took care of it right away with no issues. Definitely sending all my vehicles there from now on.
