  Keeping a customers only car for 5 days including a holiday weekend for a simple diagnostic test is a wild business practice. There was no communication or updates throughout this extended period, and I had to follow up with them on day 6 for a status. The car hadn’t even been looked at yet! When I make appointments with businesses I expect the services to be preformed in a timely manner not almost a week after my appointment.

  We originally took my great-grandmother’s car to a different shop that fixed some other issues, but the A/C was still a problem. We decided to bring it to Genuine Automotive, and I’m so glad we did! Not only did they fix the A/C, which is now freezing cold and perfect timing as we approach summer, but their body shop also helped restore the bumper, leaving the car looking pretty much new again. Eddy was a huge help throughout the whole process, and we really appreciated the transparency. And we got a first-time customer discount :) Overall, you all did a great job and my great-grandmother couldn’t be happier!
